Vera pov

After he broke the kiss he grabbed me and flung me over his shoulder I began kicking and hitting his back and stomach "oh stop it Vera" he whined "PUT ME DOWN YOU SERIAL KILLER!" I screamed as he carried me towards the bathroom he sat me down on the toilet "put this on" he said and handed me a super short red cocktail dress and black heels I sighed and laughed "ya right this is way to short! And were are we going anyway?" I demand he just sighs "we are introducing you to the pack" he say "NO NO NO YOU ARE NOT MY MATE!" He shushed me and I continued "even though I wish it was you it can't be my mate rejected me years ago" I couldn't take it anymore I began to cry "sh shh it's ok" he took me into his arms and just hugged me tight "please just accept me" he begged his voice was cracking I just nodded "ok you get dressed meet me down stairs" I nodded and started towards my room "where are you going?" He grabbed my hips and pulled me back "I told you I'm not wearing that tiny dress" I snorted he laughed and walked out.

I looked through my closet in search of a dress I came across a red dress that went to mid thigh it had short sleeves and a square neck line it was perfect I slipped it on with the black heels Blaze picked I straightened my black hair and put on some light pink lip gloss.

"MEET IN THE FIELD FOR A PACK MEETING!" It was Blaze his voice boomed over the PA system I was shaking with nervousness as I heard all the shushed whispers as they hurried outside.

After I was sure everyone was downstairs and outside I began to slowly come out of my room I walked down the stairs hearing my heels click with each step "there you are!" Chance screamed "holy crap you scared me!" I yelled back "oh well! Come on let's go!" I followed the twins outside to a gathering of over 500 wolves I gasped "holy fricken cow!" They burst out into laughter "really ver holy fricken cow that's the funniest thing I've ever heard!" I blushed wait I blushed? I never blushed oh well I put on a straight face as Blaze walked up onto the stage I wonder if they will exept me? I thought 'of course they will' I heard a voice in my head 'what the heck?' I thought I heard a throaty chuckle 'it's me blaze' oh ok then that's weird "oh ok' an I shut him out weird oh well I turned my attention to Blaze "as many of you know a rouge has been staying with us- he paused as growls came up from the audience and some cheers as well "this isent just a normal rogue she is my mate" shooked gasps came from the crowd "Vera please come up here" I looked up panick striken I shook my head no and he laughed "come on now" he reached his hand out to help me on stage "I pushed it away "I'm not completely helpless you know I'm not a baby donkey!" Everyone burst out into laughter including Blaze I jumped up on stage more shocked gasps came as the relised who I am or was "no she can't stay! She is evil she wiped out 3 packs by herself!" Someone yelled while chance yelled back "see she would be an advantage!" I shot him a thankful look while other burst out into argument I sighed might as well get this over with "ENOUGH!" I yelled everyone became silent "thank you but have you ever thought me wiping out those 3 packs was to protect myself! The alphas don't like rogues on there land! And won't submit therefore he thinks he can take down a she-wolf it's not my fault I chose to fight for my life rather then die a pitiful death" I finished and everyone was staring with there mouths open "I hope you guys want to catch flies cuz with your mouth open like that you might just eat some" I say cheerfully everyone began clapping and yelling "luna" I little girl came up to me "yes" I ask her "I just wanted to say umm its kinda bad- she stopped before continuing "well what is it I will help" I love little kids she pointed to a corner were some man was beating his wife I gasp.
