"Hannah! It's been forever." Gracie exclaims.

"It's been 2 days." I laugh following her to the kitchen.

"You said your single, I don't see the problem with getting back together." Brooklyn walks back with some girl in a crop top that barely covers her chest and booty shorts.

"BIMBOOOOOOOOO!" I yell going up the stairs, Gracie following.

"What does that mean?"

"I don't know."

"You're dating that slut?!" She yells.

"At least I know how to cover my chest!" I yell back.

"At least I have a chest!"

"Don't stand to close to the heater!" She groans slamming the door.

"Can you make cookies?"

"Of course." We barely make it out the door when Brooklyn pushes me back in shutting the door behind him. "Am I being scared? I feel like I'm being scared. It's suddenly very scary in here."

"I really want to kiss you."

"That's nice." I walk past him, he grabs my wrist pulling me back.

"Hannah." He whines. I kiss his forehead walking down stairs. "You're going to have to let me do it some time."

"Do what?" His mom asks.

"He wants me to make out with him." I say with a straight face. "Your welcome." She squeals looking at the both of us.

"Cookies!" Gracie says pulling me by the arm.

"I'm coming."

*After cookies. (How even?)*

"Kids we need to do some talking."

"That's my cue to leave."

"Hanna-." I'm out the door before she can finish. I'm not having that talk with her. The door opens and closes quickly.

"I'm not having that talk with her alone."

"Your fault."

"Your fault for being beautiful."

"Smooth lover boy."

"I try." I roll my eyes walking a little faster. Not to get away from him just to get home faster. "I haven't seen your parents in forever."

"I wanted to keep it that way." My sister runs out of the house jumping on him. I roll my eyes feeling a pinch of jealously. He's trying to kiss you. That's enough for me.

"It's been forever! Has she been keeping you away? Hannah I swe-."

"Finish that sentence and you won't be the one swearing."
