Dana's POV
I woke up and clearly hadn't slept for very long since Justin was still watching his movie. Although, when we watch it at home he rewinds every 5 seconds so I guess I could've slept for longer than I thought. It felt like forever before the sound of the flight attendant came over the speakers.
"Ladies and Gentlemen, we will be landing soon so I must ask you to please return to your seats and put on your seat belts."
Justin took out his earphone. "And thank you for flying air Justin!" He joked, in his usual comedic tone.
I rolled my eyes but couldn't resist a little giggle.
"You're an idiot Bieber!"
Justin just put on a soppy smile and held his hand above his heart.
"Why thank you!"
The plane landed and the fact that I was in Paris finally started to set in. Paris! I'm not going to lie to you, it was taking all I had not to scream.
We all got off the plane and the tour bus had been pulled around and parked just outside since it had been shipped across. We all boarded and the tour bus was driven to behind the stadium where Justin would be playing. We all grabbed a suitcase and then walked round to the front of the stadium where an SUV was waiting to take us to the hotel.
I went to get in but I paused, glancing around. I had the weirdest feeling that someone was watching me. I was about to let it go when some guy came out from behind a bush and shoved a camera in my face. He actually scared the life out of me. I tried to block my face with limited success. Why the hell is this guy taking pictures of me? I'm just the best friend dude, back off.
I felt an arm reach out from inside the SUV and take my hand, looking in to see Scooter. I got in, sitting beside Justin as Scooter slammed the door. The paparazzi kept trying to get pictures through the window but we were already driving away. I'd always read about how rude and persistant paps were but I never realised quite how bad they were until just then.
"Geez Bieber, what have you gotten me into? Life isn't gonna be anywhere near normal around you is it?" I asked, taking deep breaths and trying to get my heart beating properly again.
Justin laughed. "It's all part of the fun Dana."
I decided to keep my mouth shut after that since using the language I wanted to use in front of Pattie and the others would be rude. I chose to just glare at him instead and hope that he got the message.
The SUV pulled up outside the hotel and all the anger that I'd contained on the journey pretty much disappeared when I saw the hotel we were staying in. It was huge. I had never even seen a place like this up close, let alone stayed in one. I literally couldn't do anything but stare as we walked in.
Scooter checked us in and we went up our rooms, which were on the seventh floor. Me, Justin, Pattie and Sandy (One of the dancers) were all sharing a room and when we went inside, it was actually huge. There were two beds on either side of the room, seperated by a door in the middle, an ensuite and a smal sofa area. After we'd all ditched our bags me, Pattie and Justin talked through the schedule for the day which consisted of a radio interview and then we had some time to go sight seeing before the concert. Then the afternoon would also be taken up with Justin, the band and the dancers doing rehearsal but I didn't really mind. I was pretty hyped to see the whole show on stage.
After we'd talked everything through, Fredo knocked on the door and told us it was time for the radio interview so me, Scooter, Pattie, Justin and Kenny all got back into the SUV and drove to the radio station. There were fans lined up outside on the street with posters and banners and the SUV had to drive right the middle of them. The fans all ran at the car, banging on the windows.
Okay, don't get me wrong, I appreciate their excitement and their dedication but is it really worth getting hurt for? Like running at a car seems like a pretty dangerous thing to do and in reality it does nothing. It doesn't get you any closer to the people inside.
It was a pretty simple radio interview. Justin performed 'One Time', did a Q&A and then we went back to the hotel. Once we got back, we had a big get together with everyone in our room and Scooter decided that taking the SUV sightseeing would be too noticeable and that we should walk since we weren't far from the Eifle Tower. I didn't really mind at all. I will take any opportunity to go out.
So after the little meeting, everyone went back to their rooms and Justin put a weird hat on, pulling it right down before putting the hood up on his sweater and adding a pir of sunglasses. I just gave him the weirdest look. If he thinks I'm putting on a weird disguise then he's got another thing coming. The only change I made was ditching Justin's hoodie for my jacket because if we were spotted, I did not need another 'Is that your girlfriend' conversation. Pattie decided to stay in the hotel room and get ready for the concert, making last minute arrangements and so it was just me, Justin and Kenny who went out. Luckily none of the fans outside the hotel recognised us and we walked down the road without a care in the world.
Seeing the Eiffel Tower was actually incredible and I could see why it was so famous. It was beautiful. I kinda wished that we could've come out at night to see it lit up but I knew being at Justin's first show was more important. I wanted to right up to the top but unfortunately the lift was broken and Kenny didn't fancy all the stairs. He pretty much banned me and Justin from going by ourselves but J didn't seem to mind that much. Kenny made it up to us by buying us ice cream though which was cute.
It was a little after 1pm when Kenny's watch started beeping and we knew that we had to go back to the hotel although the walk back seemed a lot faster than the walk there. The fans didn't seem to recognise us again, at least until one girl shouted 'Look! It's Justin!'. I seriously wanted to punch that girl in the face. We were close enough to the door to make a run for it and make it inside before the crowd surrounded us and when we went back up to the room, Pattie was already waiting for us. We didn't even have time to change before Pattie was ushering us out again.
"Front entrance is a no go." Kenny announced, walking ahead of us.
"What? Why?" Pattie asked.
"Someone recognised me and so now they are blocking the door and they know my disguise." Justin explained, a little apologetically.
Pattie sighed. "It's fine. The car is parked round the back anyway so we'll just use the side entrance."
We all walked out, got in the car and drove to the arena. I'm so hyped to see Justin rehearse his show. I've watched him put on shows for us since we were kids but seeing him perform an actual concert is so much bigger. It's crazy.
