CHAPTER TWENTY TWO !
Meeting the legends

Tommy threw himself into his chair, spinning it lazily while looking at the Discord call already open on his desktop. He had an idea—a big one. He smirked, fingers drumming on the desk, already picturing the chaos about to unfold.

"Hey Techno, I don't think you've met my sister yet, right?" Tommy asked casually, leaning into his mic.

"No, I'm afraid not," Technoblade's deep, familiar voice replied. "Wait—since when did you have a sister?"

"Oh, you have to meet her. She's a HUGE fan of yours," Tommy said, his tone brimming with mischief.

"Wai—what do you mean 'huge fan'? Is this a trap?"

Tommy didn't answer; he was already up and sprinting out of his room.

Tori was sitting cross-legged at her desk, head tilted in concentration as she chewed on her pencil. Fractions were the bane of her existence, and she had half a mind to crumple her math homework and toss it out the window. Just as she was about to give up, a loud voice interrupted her train of thought.

"Oh Tori!" Tommy yelled from the hallway, skidding to a stop at her bedroom door.

She looked up, unimpressed. "What? What is it now?"

Tommy didn't answer, marching straight over and tugging her up from her chair.

"Hey!" she protested, trying to sit back down. "I'm doing my homework!"

"Forget the homework; this is way more important," Tommy insisted, already dragging her towards the door.

"Tommy!" she whined, digging her heels into the carpet. "I have to finish this, or Mum's going to freak out!"

"It won't take long, I promise," he said, grinning like he'd just won the lottery.

Tori sighed dramatically, throwing her hands up. "Fine! But you're helping me with my math later."

"Deal," Tommy said, already pulling her toward his room.

When they got to Tommy's room, Tori stood by the door, arms crossed. She watched him rush to his desk, practically bouncing as he sat down.

"What's so important that I had to stop doing my math?" she asked, glaring at him.

Tommy spun around with a mischievous grin. "I wanted you to meet someone. He's very important. Like, extremely important."

Tori raised an eyebrow. "Okay, and?"

"And he's someone you've been a fan of for, like, forever," Tommy said, spinning back to his computer.

"Wait...what?"

"Yeah, yeah, I know. I'm the best brother ever. Just stand there and try not to faint or something," Tommy teased, typing furiously. Then, into his mic, he said, "Alright, she's here now!"

"HEH," came the deep, familiar sound.

Tori froze. Her brain screeched to a halt. She stared at Tommy, who was grinning like a maniac.

"Um...why is it so silent?" the voice asked. "Tommy, you there?"

"No way," Tori whispered, her eyes wide as saucers.
