_Abe's POV_

The two lovebirds stumbled in through the shop doors about a half an hour later; stopping every few seconds to suck each other's faces. "Can't make out and walk at the same time?" I said under my breath. I raised today's paper to my face; peering at the obituaries, and turned on my lamp. I was down here first, and I'm gonna stay down here. Jo stumbled back into an old, paisley patterned arm chair, and Dad crawled on top of her; kissing her lustily. "Mmmm," he moaned; letting her grab hold of his shirt collar, and reel him in. "Do you not need a little bit of recovery time, Pops? You just finished having sex," I thought; cringing. They both giggled like idiots; Jo trying to stick her tongue down his throat. I gagged, and directed my attention back towards the paper. In the short time I diverted my attention away from them, he started humping her. On an antique.- It's one of his.. But it's still something I'm trying to sell. "Hey! Mind the antiques!" I exclaimed; startling them. "Sorry. My apologies," Dad blushed; quickly scurrying upstairs with his clothes in his arms. "Where's my icecream?" I called; being ignored. I sighed, and nodded my head disapprovingly.

_Jo's POV_

We rolled around in bed for a few hours, and right before I drifted off to sleep; Henry stroking my head lovingly, I got all giddy. "Is everything quite alright?" he chuckled; watching me stir. "Yeah.. I just.. Feel butterflies in my stomach," I responded; peering down at it. -Then it hit me. I started to cry; being the current emotional wreck that I am, and he tried to comfort me. "No. It's okay. Happy tears," I eked out; rubbing my belly. "The baby is moving," I whispered; smiling warmly. -I know only I will be able to feel it at this point.. They're not kicking.. But I'm still excited. "I scheduled an appointment with my OB. It's on Thursday during my lunch break, and I'd like for you to come.. If you're not too busy cutting dead people open," I spoke. "I will certainly make time," he smiled.

_(Thursday)_

We walked into my OB's office; excited to see how much our baby has grown. I crawled up on the table, she asked me a few questions, and then got out his special gel. Henry reached for my hand, and interlaced his fingers with mine. She told me it might be a bit cold, but I still shuttered when she put it on; squeezing Henry's hand. She started moving the wand around, and I met Henry's gaze; peering up into his big, brown adoring eyes. My thoughts in that moment ranged from "I can't believe I'm married to this weird man," to.. A few things that aren't so PG. "Would you two like to know the genders?" she grinned. "I do beg you pardon.. Did you say genders?" he asked. "Did my receptionist not call and tell you?" she murmured. "You're having twins," she smiled. I cupped a hand over my mouth; pretty shocked. "Oh my lord," he mumbled; his eyes wide. "Is everything alright?" she chuckled. "Y..Yeah..Yep..This is just my first time, and.." I trailed off. "Oh believe me. They're a handful, but they're worth it. I have a set of twins at home," she said. "They just turned nine last month," she added; making small talk. "I'm sorry, did you want to know the genders?" she wondered. Henry and I stared at each other; shrugging our shoulders. "Sure," I said. "Okay. The one right here is a little boy," she began; pointing to the screen. "and this one..." she squinted; moving the wand around. "Is a little girl," she smiled. "Looks like you get one of each," she giggled. I smiled wildly; feeling a tear roll down my cheek, and Henry gave me a quick peck on the forehead. I grabbed his scarf, and tugged his face towards mine; giving him a real kiss. We locked lips; letting out soft little moans occasionally. "I love you. I love all three of you. I will make sure you three are: loved, cherished, cared for, and safe until the day you die," he whispered; removing his lips from mine. -This is the happiest I've been in a while. When he finally backed away, my OB smiled, and continued on; letting us watch the screen.

_Henry's POV_

As soon as we stepped in the elevator to head up to the morgue, Jo pressed her lips against mine; slamming me against the wall, and pushing a button. "Goodness," I chuckled. Once the doors opened, she gripped the collar of my shirt; balling the fabric up in her hand, and dragged me into the OCME; her lips never leaving mine as she backed up towards my office. She shoved me down into the chair behind my desk, and sat sideways in my lap; wrapping an arm around my neck to support herself. "Dear, we can't be doing this if someone comes in to identify a body," I mumbled; shifting under her as she kissed my neck. She simply ignored me; her lips smacking and slurping as she continued. -I'll merely have to work around her. This is a lovely way to work, though it does cause one to divert their attention away from the actual work aspect of the whole ordeal.. Lucas hesitantly approached my office, and I motioned for him to come in; rubbing Jo's back. "There's a guy out there who says he's here to see you guys," he spoke; his gaze shifting between my eyes and Jo. She paused and buttoned up the top few buttons of her top. "Who?" she asked. "He said if I told you, you wouldn't agree to it," he responded. I frowned, and bounced Jo lightly in my lap. "Tell him to come back here," I grinned; perhaps making a big mistake. Lucas nodded his head, and Jo got off of my lap; both of us taking a step outside of my office. Mr. Isaac Monroe himself strolled into my morgue, and I immediately went into my defense mode. "Hello Mr. Monroe. What brings you here?" I questioned; making an attempt at being pleasant. "I've been doing some thinking, and what I did was completely uncalled for. I opened up a new bottle of Brandy just before I came down to the station, because it's always five o'clock somewhere, and acted out of turn," he began. Jo crossed her arms, and flashed him an icy glare. "Be nice," I whispered; brushing her hair aside to gain access to her ear. "I want to make it up to you both," he announced; stepping in front of us. "That's quite alright. We've moved past it," I smiled. "What have you got in mind?" Jo asked; shushing me. I pressed my lips into a straight line, and shoved my hands into my front pockets. "I'm having a little gathering in the Hamptons. There's going to be a few hundred people. A fairly select group, but I invited you, and a few other fine folks from the NYPD. -There's a few nice restaurants catering the event, you can take a dip in the water because it'll be fairly warm.." he yammered on. "We'll be there," Jo smiled; taking an envelope from him. -She responded for the both of us; being that I couldn't even open my mouth before she started speaking. "Great. See you there. Bring bathing suits," he said; making his exit. I sighed, and slipped on a pair of teal latex gloves; not speaking a word. "I played nice," she grumbled. "Yes Darling, thank you.. I do hope everyone finds the profundity of my social ineptitude rather amusing," I muttered. "English please," she joshed. "I'm not the partying type," I explained. "Look.. I'm not asking you to dance to every song, and do tequila shots off my chest.. Just play nice, and enjoy some free food. I'm sure Mike and Karen will be there," she replied; forcing me to meet her gaze. "I'd sort of like to do tequila shots off of your chest," I chuckled; cracking a grin. She smacked me upside my cranium, and rolled her eyes. "Got a bathing suit?" She asked. "No," I answered; slipping my lab coat back on. "Neither do I," she mumbled; opening up the envelope in her possession. "It's on Saturday.. So we have 2 days to go shopping," she declared. I nodded my head; a huge smile spreading across my face. "What?" she grinned. "What kind of parties did you used to go to? The parties I went to in my day involved card dealing, and tea cakes, not doing shots of alcohol off of women's chests," I spoke. "I was part of a sorority in college," she muttered. I smirked; arching a brow, and she shoved me playfully. "Might you have any pictures from this time period?" I questioned. "Shut up, you weirdo," she responded; making her way out of the morgue. "Bye Love!" I called.
