Eliots POV-

She had to be insane. I could barely climb a quarter way up and every time I'd look ahead of me she'd be further and further to the top.
The branches started to get thinner so I shouted for her to come down

"Not a chance, you two meet me up here" she yelled back "the veiw from here is amazing" she continued as she sat down on a branch.

I was starting to get worried, "It's getting dark, I think we should go back your family might be worried" I thought that would work until she replied "No way in hell am I leaving, we just got here but if you want to leave suit yourself".

She then stood up to get a better veiw of the sunset, I saw her shaking and losing her hold on the tree, I tried to get up to her as fast as I could but before I knew it she was on the ground.

I panicked. "OH MY GOD" me and drew both said, our jaws dropped and my heart stopped. I pulled out my phone and dialed 911 as quickly as I could then I climbed my way down, leaving drew behind me (he eventually caught up).

When I got to her she was out cold. I sat down next to her while Drew stood there looking like he just saw a ghost. It didn't takelong for the ambulance to come and as bad as I wanted to go with I couldn't but I held on to her hand the whole time before she was in the ambulance, then she was gone.

Aubrey's POV-

I completely blacked out, all I remembered was getting on Eliots board, his hands around my waist I was so happy, we were on the way to the park and then boom... I wake up in a hospital bed. I must've fell pretty hard because my leg had stitches and I had to get a blood transfusion.

I was so confused of what happened, where was he? Why was I in the hospital? Did we get hit? Are him and Drew okay? There were so many unanswered questions tears started streaming down my cheeks, a few minutes go by then I see Eliot coming in the room. Thank god he was okay, I on the other hand... far from okay. He rushed over and sat beside the bed immediately grabbing my hand.

"Are you okay" he asked, I looked at my leg and I laughed, I then discovered I was also covered in bruises and hearing him talk made my head pound.
"I don't look okay, what happened to me?"

He then told me everything, how we climbed the biggest tree in the neighborhood, I climbed really high and stood up to see the sunsest, lost my balance and fell.

I couldn't believe it, I've NEVER fallen out a tree or got hurt from climbing one so this was all new to me.

I was getting ready to say something as the nurse walked, "visiting hours are over, you gotta leave kid".
"I'll come back tomorrow don't worry" he gave me a quick kiss on my forehead and headed out.

The nurse came in the room and gave me my meds, my pill for anxiety and then depression, then I noticed a new one, I asked the nurse "What's the big one for?"
"It's a painkiller, take them and then get some rest, the doctor said you should be released tomorrow".
