Eliot's POV-

It all started on a hot summer day in Glendale, AZ when I see a moving truck pull in across the street as a girl hops out of the mini-van parked in front of the truck, but she wasn't any ordinary girl, she was possibly the most beautiful creature I've ever laid my eyes on.
That day I had been with my best mate, Andrew (we called him Drew for short). We took a few minutes to get a good look at her then ran down the stairs to greet her, I made it first.

"Hey my name's Eliot, I'd like to welcome you to the neighborhood". Drew then nudged my shoulder, "oh yeah, that's Drew he's my bestfriend" I added.

She brushed the hair out of her eyes and replied "My name's Aubrey, I'm from Brighton, Michigan".

Her voice grasped my every thought and her green eyes locked me in like a spell, she had dark brown hair a lip piercing and was no taller than 5'3.
I wanted to get to know her, she seemed like a really interesting person.

"We were just about to head over to the park in the neighborhood, care to join us?" I asked

"Of course, let me just go tell my parents really quick, I'll be right back" she replied excitedly.

Aubrey's POV-

I came running out to the cute boys I had just met.

"Okay, I can go" I said with a smile.
"You don't know how to double board do you?" Eliot asked
"No" I replied, having no idea what that meant
"I'll show you it's pretty simple, you put one foot at the very front of the board and the other in the middle and I put my foot in between yours and the other at the end of the board, don't worry you won't fall" he said.

I got on the board and did exactly what he said and we rode to the park, I knew i wouldn't fall when he wrapped his arms around my waist.

When we got there I saw one of the most amazing tree's and I told them stories about how I'd climb tree's back home and how much I loved nature. They told me they never climbed a tree in their life and I was amazed, I couldn't live without it.
I insisted on them climbing the tree with me and they were a bit hesitant at first but I talked them into going up with me. It was such a beautiful tree I wanted to go as high as I could. The more I looked back for Eliot and Drew the further they got.
