Chapter 10

~Gemma's POV~

His name is Jackson. He took me right from my own front yard, it's still fresh in my mind. My mom just starred. She didn't try to do anything and I'm screaming my lungs off. I remember the feeling of my lungs burning almost like your underwater and you can't breathe. You try to swim up but there is pressure keeping you down. And his nasty hands were touching me and at this time I was only 5. His nasty hands were all around me.

~Alyssa's POV~

I can't. G is too important for me to lose as s friend. I take a deep breath before I step into the cool feeling of air conditioning on my hot sweaty skin.

The hospital is the one thing I don't exactly like. There is too much white and gray. Maybe if it was a little bit more colorful then it would be kid friendly.

~Jade's POV~

Immediately I think Shawn's behind me. I bite my lip and turn my shoulders and I don't see Shawn. I see a dirty, moldy, disgusting old man. His had dirt wedged underneath his sharp fingernails. His clothes looked like he took 5 rags and tried to tape them together for the top and the bottoms are 2 rags made into a skirt. I don't even know how he was allowed into this hospital that is so clean. I try pushing him away but he leans in and whispers in his disgusting low old voice of his,"I will leave you alone when I get what I want and that's Gemma." Opening my mouth to scream his hand flies into my mouth and he cackles. I kick him in his knee proud when I hear a "POP!!" Running down the hallway I say to myself,"I could have just died."

~Shawn's POV~

10 minutes. I know for sure 10 minutes is not the amount of time a girl should take going to the bathroom. 10 long minutes have passed and she has not been back. I'm starting to get worried. I flip open my cellphone again and see no new voicemails or text messages. She should have called me. I get up and start pacing. My hands fly to my head and I wait. 20 minutes fly by and now I need to find Jade. Jogging to the bathroom I have one of my fans call out Jades name. She is not in there. I can feel sweat start beading up on my forehead. I run through the hallways in the hospital looking for her.

~Jade's POV~

I need to find Shawn. He will know what to do. I jog lightly through the hallway that leads down another hallway to get to the bathrooms. I feel my feet being lifted up from underneath me. And then I feel lips on mine. And immediately I feel fireworks going off. It's Shawn kissing me and this is a moment I have been waiting for. But currently I am being chased be a child kidnapper and right now I don't really feel like getting kidnapped. I take his hand not breaking the kiss. After a few seconds I grab his hand and we both run opposite of Gemma's room so he does not kidnap us. Sprinting I turn a few times and then keep running. I see a room a few meters ahead that has nobody in it. I run into it with Shawn right next to me and we pant out of breath as we lock the door. I can feel tears pricking at my eyes but I hold them back the best I can. When will this all be over? When will it go back to choosing whether or not we get a dog or we get a cat. But now it's what way we turn so we don't get killed by a child kidnapper.

~Gemma's POV~

I feel my breathing slowing down. My eyes get heavy and I see him. Jackson is standing there with a needle stuck in the bag. And faintly I hear a door opening and shouting and then I fall asleep. I think I am falling asleep.. Or maybe I'm going unconscious.

A/N sorry about not updating yesterday?.. I feel super bad about that and I am making two today so.. Watch out for the next one which I am going to try and make long but if I have a good cliff hanger it might be short. But I'm not honestly all that sure but I know I'm going to try and make it 1,000 words and because this is now 773 words I'm going to stop talking..
