Claire just stared at the girl infront of us in silence, i didnt know what to do so i just sat there next to her in silence as well.
"How can she be my twin sister, when i don't remember her at all?" She said finally making me jump.
" because we put her up for adoption when both of you two were born and we couldnt keep b-both of you a-as we weren't r-ready to h-handle t-two kids at o-once" my mum said staring at the ground and started to cry.
We stayed quite for a few minutes again.
"But why have you come and found us now?" She said talking to Shadow now.
" i have know since i was little that i had been adopted from the family i had and I knew that my real parents were Stewart and Nicola Chase but when I heard a daughter of the Chase family were missing i looked into you because I didnt know i had a sister and i found out you were my twin sister so i came here to help them look for you, then afterwards i thought we could, u know... Get to know each other." Shadow said.
" can we talk in private, please?" Claire said to everyone apart from Shadow.
Then everyone left apart from Claire, me and Shadow who stayed in the living room.
