I sat there as he told me everything.
How each of them had different powers;
Jeff can move things with his mind,
Katie can create a sheild that can make anyone or thing invisible and stop people from seeing or hearing them,
Tobias can set things on fire and is really fast,
Bobby(there leader) can freeze people in time
And Rosa can control plants and make them grow.
Tobias explained how Rosa was the one who made the plant safety net under the cage in the storage building and how Jeff is the one who open the locks. And how Katie had shield up.
" when we first found out about our powers none of us knew each other but we gradually found each other and decided to stick together and to protect each other-" he was still talk, he had been talking for about an hour explaining everything.
"Wait before you said that Katie had her shield up in the storage, didn't you?" I said interupting him.
He quickly looked down at his third cup of coffee and mumbled "yes".
"Then how was i able to see and hear you then?" I said confused.
"Well thats the thing, we dont know" he replied still looking at him coffee.
After a few minutes of silence he said " you know how all of us can talk telepathically to each other?"
I nodded.
"Well i think you might have talked to me telepathically to me at the storage building" he whispered.
I looked up quickly shocked and started to panic, i looked around the shop to see if any one was listen, then quickly looked at Tobias.
"No its not true, i cant talk telepathically. No i dont have any powers, i cant do anything like your friends" i said with panic in my voice. I stood up quickly looking for the exit.
"No wait, don't go. Please just sit down and listen." Tobias begged as he grabed my hand to stop me from leaving.
I looked at him and slowly sat down.
He watched me, checking for any signs to see if i would run. When he was done checking he started talking again.
"Please dont freak out but i think you might be like us and it might have been the reason why you could see us when we were in the storage building".
