A. N haha I pulled a fast one on you guys that last chapter was actually what I meant to publish last week and I'm back now here's the update

20 hours later

Tsunade walked out of the ER with a grim face. "N-naruto Naruto diagnosis is extreme malnourishment, insomnia, and we have found out he was raped were not sure how many times but we know it was over 50 times."

Everyone was shocked, Hinata was fuming she glared at Sakura.
Tsunade continued"27 broken ribs and a broken leg and arm that healed wrong and I, " she winced" had to break them again to set them back on place.

"He had hundreds of lacerations around his body most of which that were infected. Due to the Chakra restraints I took of kyuubi is healing him but most of his wounds will scar.

He is blind in his left eye and had lots of internal bleeding. S-Sadly Naruto will have heart problems for life and maybe a slight permanent cough like Hayato.

Although breathing problems he may still be able to become a ninja but probably not hokage."

" If he still wants to be " Hinata muttered

" What do you mean" Sakura said

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN!!!!! What do think I mean why would he want to stay in a village that has always hated him and his so called Friends! That betrayed him in an instant!"hinata sneered

"Even testifying against him" Shikamaru added
"YOU MAKE ME SICK" Gaara (who came some time in the 20 hours)

"We'll see him now" Iruka yelled and we barged in.

Naruto was laying weekly in his bed
He shivered and slowly but surely his eyes cracked open.
