Chapter 11: The Night Goes On

Lizzy- 8:04pm: "What is going on, I demand to know why I and everyone else here, are being held captive in this house!" A man said from in front of the stage. "My father would like to keep the incident with held for your own safety, I assure you everything is going to be alright and we welcome you all to stay here tonight." I said, only to try and calm them all. Really, I was starting to think that tonight would be my last night alive. I got of the stage and went back to mom's room. Dad was in there and he was holding Beatrice in his arms. She had a bloody rag on her mouth and she was clearly unconscious. "What happened to her?" I asked as I sat down next to him. "She was in the cleaning closet, unconscious, and no longer had a tongue." He said, just staring at her. It looked like he was just waiting for her to wake up but deep down I think all of us at least thought she wouldn't wake up again, ever. "Where were you when this happened Claudia and Charlie?". "We were gonna...um...finish what we started" Charlie said, I knew what he was talking about. The thing they don't know is that I've caught them a few times in the act. "She's cold, and she has no heartbeat anymore, im sorry but she's gone" dad said. Then at that moment for some reason I started to cry. "Why are you crying? You did nothing but make her life hell!" Lezzly said. I could understand why she said that because I deep down loved our sister. She started talking again "and for all we know, is that you killed her Lizzy". "I wouldn't have killed her, yeah I was mean to her but I wouldn't kill her, you all don't think I killed her, right?" I said looking at all of them. They all just looked at eachother. "I wouldn't kill her, please believe me!" I said looking at them frantically. "I'm sorry, but Lizzy I think its best to keep you locked away, not saying have killed them but it would make sense. Im doing it for our safety.Lezzly get my belt and tie her hands behind her back." Dad said, I jumped to my feet and ran out of the door.

William- 8:06pm: I shook my head, now Lizzy was gone and I don't even know if she is the one killing our family or not. It still wasn't good for her to be alone because one who knows where she could be if she's the killer or two she is alone just waiting to be murdered. "Alright, Charlie I want you to go get the party restarted and let's have a good night but I want security guarding every exit from the ballroom. I want all the security to have multiple weapons and I want them all to have walky- talky's on at all times no matter what. Lezzly I want you to keep watch outside the ballroom doors for your sister. I'm going to search the halls." I said. "But dad what if she gets you too" Lezzly said staring at me with her bright blue eyes. It made me think of her when she was a child, those big eyes were what got her so much attention. "I'll be fine I'll have a pistol and walky- talky. Please don't think its her either because she may be or she may not. Alright get on it." We all departed from the room, I looked at them all once more before leaving just in case It would be the last time I saw them. Then I started down the hall and to the cleaning closet. I moved a piece of wood on the back wall and grabbed one of the eight revolvers on the hidden wall. If I'm gonna die tonight I'm only going down with a fight! I said to myself in my mind. I closed the closet and walked down the hall.
