Chapter 25

*Cameron's pov*
Today I'm taking everyone to the ballpark to meet my girlfriend Carson! She plays 3rd base and is super gorgeous! She has long curly brown hair has freckles and has green eyes.

I loaded everyone into the car and headed to the park, the car ride was boring... As usual, when we got there it was just about to start.

Carson's team was the home team so Carson took her spot on the field which is 3rd base. There was 2 outs and a runner on 2nd,
Cameron: You got it girl!
They tried to get the girl off 2nd to steal, but they threw down to 3rd and when the catcher threw down, the runner just slammed into Carson!

Carson started screaming and grabbing her name, her parents weren't there so I ran to the field to take her to the doctor,
Carson: Cameron it hurts like a mother trucker!
Cameron: I know babe we are almost to the car.
Even in pain she is funny!
(A/N this actually happened to me.. except Cameron didn't come get me😂😢)

*At the doctors*
Doctor: looks like you just moved your kneecap. Just stay off it and keep a knee brace on it and you should be back to softball in 3 weeks!
Carson: Thank you!

*Carson's pov*
That son of a biscuit ran right into me and made me move my knee cap out of place!

I'm just glad Cameron was there because my parents weren't and no one was there to take me. I was still crying when we got done with the doctor so Kaylen tried to make me feel better by making funny faces at me.

We finally made it back to Cam's house and I sat on the couch while Cam went to get me some ice. The rest of the night was kinda a blur, the last thing I remember was snuggling into Cameron.
