Drip drip drop... Drip drip drop...
As the rain fell outside Juvia sat in her cold empty apartment. She sat stuffed in a corner sobbing to herself quietly, shaking.
In front of her lay a vase, smashed into pieces. She held her knees close to herself rocking back and forth. Slowly she raised her hand to her red cheek. She flinched at the cold feeling of her hand against her cheek. It felt like she was being burned. Her boyfriend Bora had lost control again and slapped her. Thus causing her to knock over a vase from the force of the hit.
It was only an accident though, she thought to herself. It wasn't on purpose.
Even though she told herself this she was still sitting there crying. It wasn't anything out of the normal. It always happened. But Bora had his reasons. He was always stressed because of the pressures of school. It probably didn't help that she had been testing his patience by nagging him about doing something together soon.
But its not like she could leave. No one would ever love Juvia as she was. Only Bora would ever except her. No one would ever love her... no one...thats what Bora said, and he never lied to Juvia.
"W-why do you hit me one day but love me another B-bora.... I l-love you. Your the only person that would ever love me. I k-know that," Juvia muttered to herself as a tear glistened down her crimson cheek.
