The months were growing colder by the day, and before she knew it, winter break was knocking on Regina's door. The bell had just rung for lunch, and the last of her students were leaving the classroom. Regina looked over to Robin and smiled at him. The months they shared being together have been the best in her life, and she was so happy she was working with him and met him.
"What are you smiling for?" Robin asked when they were finally alone.
"I have the best life with you, Robin."
Robin couldn't help the grin that spread across his face as he got up from his desk to walk over to hers. He looked behind him to make sure that the door was promptly shut before grabbing her hands. He pulled her up and brought her close to his chest, in a tight and warm hug so he could kiss the top of her head.
"I love you too," he said which made her laugh softly. He pulled away from her and pulled her chin up with his right hand. "I have to run and meet up with David for lunch."
"Oh, yes! I forgot about that. Tell him I said hi," Regina said as she pulled away from him completely. "I don't want you to be late."
"It's okay. You'll be okay without me?"
Regina chuckled as she took a seat back at her desk and pulled out her lunch bag from the bottom drawer of her desk. "I think me and my turkey sandwich will be just fine without you. Plus, I have that new book to crack into."
Robin walked over to her again and looked at the book she pulled out from her purse. He grabbed it from her hand and laughed as he flipped it over in his hands.
"Huh, you and your turkey sandwich are going to be reading a smutty novel called The Nanny. I still can't believe you read this stuff."
"You read science for fun. These very books are why I have so many ideas for us," she told him with a wink that made Robin groan.
"Let me get out of here before we both get fired for romping in the classroom." Regina laughed as he placed a kiss on her cheek. "I love you."
"I love you too."
Regina smiled at him as he left their classroom and she started to tuck into her lunch. Halfway into her sandwich she decided to actually start reading the "stuff" that Robin looked down upon. She was about halfway into the novel when the two main characters finally broke the sexual tension between them and took the next step into their relationship. Somehow the characters in her book turned into her and her handsome boyfriend...
"Ms. Mills, for the longest I've been waiting to get my hands on you. The way you prance around this house looking so delicious all the time makes me crazy," Robin said as he pushed her up against the wall, trapping her body between the hard wall and his even harder chest.
"I-I didn't think you ever thought that way about me before," Regina said shyly as she tried not to meet his eyes.
Robin's hand pulled her chin up so she made eye contact with blue eyes darkened with lust. "I think about you in every way, in every position."
His lips were on hers quickly and she moaned as she let his tongue explore her mouth. She felt his breath mix with hers and she was becoming intoxicated with the smell of him. A musty pine smell wafted into her nostrils as she started to feel his hands grab at her waist. She felt so small against his touch and she was starting to melt into the wall. He pulled himself away from her lips and trailed kisses down her neck, biting and nipping at the sweet vanilla skin there.
"Can I pull your hair?"
"Yes," she said softly and in seconds one of his hands were in her dark hair pulling her head back to give him better access to her neck. "Oh!"
