Good Vibes

6 Months....

"Gina if anybody picks on you tell me because I will beat they ass". My mom said unlocking my door.

"They Won't mom,have a good day at work". I said getting out.

I got out the car with a smile on my face. The Doctors said it's okay to go back to school and im ready. I dropped over 160 pounds and Im super excited. I'm so happy and gaining confidence in myself but if it wasn't for Keon I wouldn't be 255 pounds on this day. Yeah I'm still heavy set but I did my thang and will keep working on my body.

I woke up late and I think the bell already rang. I hurried up and walked to my locker quickly.

"Gina,Gina Dear!". My principal yelled.

I turned around and walked towards her she had a big smile on her face.

"Gina look at you know,I'm glad to have you back come to my office me and the teachers have a little gift for you". She said.

"Thank you so much and I will". I said smiling.

"Imma go do annocements go  to class".

I nodded my head and went to my locker to put my things up and looked for my favorite jacket I left here. I put it on but it was way to big for me I just tied it around my waist it gets cold here. I walked in class and everything went totally quiet.

"Miss.McKnights Welcome back". My teacher said standing up from the desk.

I gave her a quick smile and looked for my old desk but some girl was sitting there putting her head down.  La'Monica pointed to the desk next to her and I just walked over there and the class started talking again but I mostly could hear whispers about me.

"Gigi your back... You lost so much weight I need to know your secret". She said said putting her phone away.

"Yeah I know all you need is a little push". I said.

I noticed her boyfriend is sitting on the other side of the room.

"Are you and--

"Yeah we are he ain't shit".

I decided to get off that subject and asked her what's been going on around here and did my work.

I thanked all the teachers for giving me a Basket of Flowers and Smell Goods for when I take a shower they always gave me 100 dollar Victoria Secret Gift Card I was so overwhelmed they just said I deserved it after all I went through.

"Hey Gina wanna hang out with me today". La'Monica said.

"I had other plans maybe on the Weekend". I said staring in Keon's direction.

"Oh-- okay see you then".

I waved by and walked by Keon which was leaning on his Car waiting for me.

"Did you have a Good first day?". He said giving me a hug.

"Yup,what have you been doing". I said turning on my phone.

"You know Same Ole Same Ole... You want something to eat?".

"Um Yeah let's go".

I heard girls snickering in the background I just didn't let them bother me. After a month of Keon teaching me I told him the story about getting raped and stuff and mostly everything and we've been closer then ever. He even kissed me when he dropped me off one night that was my first ever kiss. I also learned alot from him like he's 17 and how he grew up and stuff and I kinda like him...alot.

But if he just want a Friendship that's fine to. Right about now my life is making a turn into the right direction.
