Chapter 3

“No!” I screamed on the top of my lungs. I pushed Alexander and I almost lost my balance. My sister looked tense and gaping. I was about to walk to her when she suddenly smiled and continued walking back to her room.

“What was that?” I looked back at Alexander to see that he just disappeared.

I wheezed in horror just thinking of my sister’s reaction this insane and childish act of Alexander the Great. My poor sister, what is she thinking?

I walked unconsciously and bothered to my class. I became conscious when I bumped into someone in the hallway. He apologized and walked out quickly.

 “Jinny, are you there?” I knocked in her room.

“Boo!” Jinny appeared behind me and jumped into my back.

“Remember the favor I asked you?”She whispered in my ear.

“What is it? I don’t remember.” I put her down and faced her.

“You’ll help me with Alexander.”

I shook my head. “No. Definitely not.” I looked at her. “Oh. Its not that I’m jealous okay? I have nothing to do with him.”

“I know.”

I sighed. “Okay. I’ll help you.”

“I love you!” She jumped and planted kisses all over my face. “I love you so much.”

After that conversation, I headed to my room and retired to my bed. I don’t know but I felt too tired today. I felt pain all over my body. I think I’m going to get sick. No. I can’t get sick. I still have to protect my sister.

My sister…I don’t know what else to do. I don’t want her to get hurt. That Alexander is a famous bastard. Does she even know that?

Absentmindedly, I lay my hand on the side of my waist were Alexander handled me.

I jolted up the bed. What is this?

 “What is wrong with you? Why are you thinking about him? This is not right. I talked to myself.

I lay back in bed and tried to sleep. As I close my eyes, I could still see his face.

I was walking down an aisle. I was walking towards an altar. There was a man in a white tuxedo. His back was facing me. I walked until I reached close to him. “Look back, please.”

Slowly, he looked back. I saw his face and woke up all of a sudden.

“Oh my God. Alexander.”
