Chapter 4: Archery

Y/N's Perspective

Pan just sat there next to me talking about that girl that I'm sure that is not me. I got distracted looking into his eyes. But I feel like this is just a game.

"Are you even listening to me anymore?" He asked.

"Well kinda I just sure that is not me. I mean it doesn't sound anything like me."

"But I am sure it is! Don't you get it! Lets make this a game, a puzzle to solve. When you were young you had a free spirit and you still do, your name's Y/N and everyone wants to be around you, including me no matter how you act. There puzzle solved."

Peter Pan's Perspective

I shouldn't have yelled at her but I had to prove I was right. There was no other way. I decide to try to help Y/N remember by doing some things we use to do together. I thought I'd start by practicing archery.

Y/N's Perspective

Pan took me to a wide open space in the middle of the island. When we got there Felix was there waiting with a apple on his head and crooked smile on his face.

"Oh god, Pan what are you going to make me do?"

"Nothing hurtful for you. Maybe for him but not for you." Pan dipped the arrows into some type of liquid.

"What is that?"

"Dreamshade, it's a nasty poison. Kill anyone it touches with a slow and painful death and no cure."

"Then why put it on a arrow if I don't know how to shoot one?"

"Motivation not to miss."

"But I don't want to KILL anybody. Even if they are very annoying." Felix laughed at me but he knew I could shoot him right then and there.

"Don't worry you won't I promise." Pan grabbed the bow and arrows and handed them to me. I looked at him, then at the bow, then him again. He came up to me and set me up in the right stance. Then he set up the bow and arrows. When I pulled back he held my arms in a steady position and I felt like flying but this felt wrong. I can't be falling in love with a boy who is evil and cruel. I tried to ignore the fact that he had his hands on my arms. When I let go I shot perfectly at the apple. I looked at Pan and found out that he was smiling at me but he looked away quickly. I almost smiled by didn't. On to the next activity talking with the mermaids. Why does it have to be me!
