You were at the public hospital, currently doing the job as a doctor. Recently, your co-workers kept on telling you that you were pale, you almost fainted, and sometimes you vomit. You didn't mind them, instead you kept quiet and won't this to your fiancee.
Day by day, you kept on vomitting without anyone knowing it. Until such time, your body gave up and you collapsed.
The doctors and nurses, carried your unconscious body and laid on the hospital bed. They called Takao and he quickly rushed to the public hospital, since he was working on a private hospital with Midorima.

Takao arrived at the hospital and was told where your room number. When he got inside your hospital room, a doctor approached him and told him what happened to you. "Mr. Takao, I believe that Ms. (Last Name), is 1 month pregnant." Takao was shocked at hearing the news, he wasn't able to notice these 'signs', since sometimes you would stay at your parents house and sometimes at your fiancée's house.
'1 month pregnant?' He thought. The doctor left and sat beside you who was still sleeping. Takao brushed some strands of hair away from your face and smiled. 'I am going to be a father~' he said to himself.

You slowly wake up and noticed that someone was holding your hand. Looking at the person, you recognized it was Takao. You smiled and slowly wake him up. "Kazu-chan..." You whispered and he slowly wakes up. "Hmm, (Name)-chan, how are you feeling?" He asked. "50% okay~" you giggled and lied down again.
Takao stood abd gently places a kiss on your forehead. "(Name)-chan, I have to tell you something..." Takao spoke and you just stared at him, motioning him to continue talking. "Well, the doctors told me that you're 1 month pregnant.."
"I know.."
"What. Then, why didn't you tell me?"
"I don't want to bother you.."
Takao sighed and lies down beside you, "(Name)-chan, don't say that.. You know that you are my first priority, okay? So, don't hesitate to tell me everything~" He said while wrapping his arm around you. "O-okay... How should I tell my parents about this? Will they get mad?"
You started panicking, but Takao calmed you down. "Calm down (Name)-chan, you know its not good to panic. Okay, don't worry, your parents won't get mad at you or us, okay?", "B-but.."
"No buts."
"Hmpf. Fine." You pouted and he stole a kiss from you causing you to blush. "Haha! My soon-to-be-wife is blushing!!" He teased which made your blush grew darker. "K-Kazu-chan, shut u-up!", "You look like Shin-chan now.." Takao laughed while you just pouted at him. "Mou, Kazu-chan shut up!".
Takao stopped laughing and wiped the tears that were on the corners of his eyes. "(Name)-chan.."
"Hmm?"
"Both of us will be the best parents of our child."
