Waking up to the sound of the phone ringing, Jax grabbed it. "Hello?" He answered. "Yes, this is him." Kelly turned around as he raised up. "Wait. We get to bring them home?"
Kelly raised up and looked at her husband as he spoke on the phone. Jax looked at his wife who was wondering what was going on. Hanging the phone up, Jax looked at her. "Get ready, baby. Abel and Timmy are coming home."
Kelly screamed out as she kissed him. They were bringing their sons home. Jax laughed as he laid her down on the bed causing them to break apart. "I love you, Jax. So much. You gave me nothing but love and two amazing boys we finally get to bring home." She tells him. "How did I get so lucky to meet you, baby."
"Coming here to start fresh. I have you that I love with ll my heart and our boys. You three are my world." He tells her. "Let's bring our boys home."

Driving at the hospital, Gemma was excited as she saw Jax and Kelly with their boys. "There they are."
"Lee gets to come home the same day as Wendy." Kelly tells her. "These two are able to come home with us. Now, our family is complete."
"It sure is." Jax says kissing her head. "I say the two of us have dinner to celebrate."
Kelly looked at Gemma. "Tell them to come over. No drunks. We are celebrating their return home."
Gemma nodded as she will make sure that now on is drunk or high. Jax and Kelly want to celebrate with everyone. Jax looked at his wife and kissed her. "Let's sign them out and go home."
"Let's go home."
