Kelly was sleeping good as she was getting prepared for her twins. Both boys. She couldn't believe she was having twins, but she would be due soon and she couldn't wait to meet them. Along with her husband. Her sleep was over once she received a call. "Hello?" She answered sleepily. "Gemma? Wait, what?" She raised up. "I'm on my way and I'll call Jax to tell Rex."

"Thank you, baby."

Hanging the phone up, the seven month pregnant Kelly Teller started getting dressed. "Jax, baby, it's me." She says into the phone once it answered. "Tell Rex to get to the hospital. Wendy overdosed and they had to take the baby."

"Shit, baby. Are you on your way?"

"Of course I am. She's my cousin. I'm all she has left." She tells him. "I'll always be there for her, even if she had her demons."

"Okay, I'll meet you there, but don't stress about it. You are almost due and the boys need to be full term."

"I won't. Gemma will be there with me." She tells him. "I love you."

"I love you."

Arriving at the hospital, Kelly walked in as she was not running. She saw Gemma who stood up and walked over to her. "Hey, baby." She says as Tara walked out to see a beautiful woman who was pregnant hugging Gemma Teller. "Are you okay? Do you need anything?"

"Just news on Rex's little man."

"They are doing surgery on him as we speak."

Kelly looked at the doctor as Gemma turned and looked at her. Sitting down, Kelly took a deep breath as she was worried about her cousin. Yes, she has her husband, but Wendy was all she had too from the Case family. Sighing, Gemma looked at her as did Tara. "Are you okay?" Tara asked.

"Yeah."

"You need to be seen." She tells her. "You could be having contractions. How far along are you?"

"Close to seven months." She tells her as her husband arrived.

"Baby?" Jax says as he ran to her side. "Are you okay?"

Tara couldn't believe Jax was with this woman. Kelly nodded as Rex walked in. "What's going on, mom?" He asked as Jax picked Kelly up to get her to a room to make sure she wasn't having contractions.

Gemma looked at Tara. "I'll sign her in, doc. Her name is Kelly Teller."

"Jax's wife?" She asked as Gemma smirked and nodded. "And Rex is the father to..."

"Lee." Rex tells her. "What happened?"

Tara looked at her first love and started explaining to them the condition of the baby.

After making sure she wasn't having contractions, Jax held his wife's sleeping hand. "So this is your wife?" He heard and looked at Tara.

"Yes, but I have nothing to do with you. Never did." He tells her. "I waited for someone like Kelly to come into my life that would accept what I do. Hell, she's the same as me." Jax looked back at Kelly as she slept. "She's all I want and it goes for the twins."

Tara nodded as she left the room. Kelly looked at her husband. "I'm going to have a problem with that doctor, aren't I?"

"Yep." He says. "Had that issue when she cheated on me with Rex. Even though Rex thought we just broke up." Jax kissed her head. "You get to go home, but I think you would like to meet your nephew."

Kelly nodded as she would love that. Jax helped her out of the bed. "Jax, I know you won't cheat or anything with her, but if she tries..."

"I'll kill her." He tells her as he walked her to the nursery. "You are the only one I want. My lady."

Kelly smiled as Tara looked at them. She could tell Jax truly loves his wife and that means she can't have him. Gemma saw her and walked over. "Try it and you'll be dead."

"Not going to. I didn't know he got married or is having a family."

"Yeah, with Kelly Teller." She says. "My favorite."

Tara knew that if she tries, it will be her funeral, but right now, she has a job. Saving Rex's son.
