"Jax, baby, how are the twins?"

"Perfect." He tells her with so much love. "Just like their mother."

Kelly smiled as he kissed her. Jax held her as she felt herself break. "I thought they were fine. They were going to be healthy and beat our family history..."

"Abel saved his brother. Timmy had an issue with his heart and Abel wasn't going to let his brother die. So, he did what I would do if you were in danger. Sacrifice myself."

Kelly smiled as he wiped her tears. She kissed him as she just wanted him close to her. A knock on the door broke them apart to see Gemma. They smiled as Gemma laid her purse down and walked to her favorite daughter in law. She hugged her and Jax both. "Those babies are beautiful." She tells her. "Do you want to go see Abel and Timmy?"

Looking at her husband, Kelly smiled. "Can we?"

"Yes, baby. Let me go get a wheelchair...."

"I'm not weak. I have to walk around, but you can bring the wheelchair in case I get tired."

Jax kissed her head laughing. "My baby is tougher than any woman I have ever met. Man, I love you." He says as she laughed. "I'll be right back."

Gemma shook her head as she helped Kelly slowly stand up. Grabbing the IV pole, Kelly was making her way to see her babies. "Will they let me hold them?"

"Right now, I think the doc said it is best to just talk to them and hold their little hand. Their surgery was success and they don't want them to be held just yet till their stitches are gone." She tells her. "Kelly, they will be lucky having you as their mom."

Kelly smiled as she saw her husband with Rex. "There's my sister in law." He says hugging her. "Are you okay?"

"I just want to see my children." She tells him. "Abel didn't have any effects besides saving his brother. I just wished they were full term."

"Things happen, Kelly." Rex tells her as Jax walked over to them. "Here Jax, get your woman."

They both laughed as they started walking. "You know, I think Lee, Abel, and Timmy will be just fine. As long as they are taken care of." Kelly tells them. "Right now, I just want to see them and all three of us to go home."

Jax smiled as he kissed her head as they walked inside the NICU. Gemma and Rex watched them with the twins and knew they just want to go home with them. "Do you think the twins will get to come home sooner than Lee?"

"I don't think so. They were born early, Rex. Meaning they might be here till they are strong enough." She tells him as Jax kissed Kelly's head. "We just need to be here for Kelly and those three babies. Because Lee, Abel, and Timmy need their family. Lee needs his dad as the twins need their parents." Gemma looked at him. "We will be right here every step of the way for them. Got it."

"I already plan to be here for Lee." He tells him. "I'm going to go see Wendy and I'll be back."

Gemma nodded as he walked away causing her to go to Jax and Kelly. They looked at her as they held the twins hand. Tommy in Jax's hand and Abel's in Kelly's hand. Kelly looked at Jax and smiled. 'I love you."

"I love you."

Sharing a kiss, they both looked back at their twins and smiled. This was just the beginning for the Tellers and they knew it. Jax looked at his sons and smiled. "They will be strong like me."

"I know they will." She says looking at him. "Let's go back to the room. I want to cuddle up to you and sleep."

Jax smiled. "Come on, baby. I got you."

Tara saw them leaving the NICU together and smiled. She was happy for them and hopes that they get to hold their babies like they want to. Now she has to speak to Rex.
