The next morning

8AM

(Sam POV)

"Yes, can you pass me that lead please?" Cameron asked me.

I nodded and turned, grabbing the amp lead for him.

We were now at the next venue, we were just testing the equipment out, before everyone else needed to use the stage to set up and practice themselves later on.

Me and Cameron were just talking about last nights gig and how we thought it went, he thought it went okay, but it could've been better. But for myself, I thought it was amazing. I couldn't wait to play tonight.

I sat down on the side of the stage, tonight the venue was smaller, but I didn't mind.

I just wanted to see Hazel walk in this morning, smiling and looking amazing. We had clicked pretty well when we met yesterday, the way we both looked at eachother before she went onstage made me feel grand too.

Afterwards though, she went out with Danny for almost three hours, as it turns out, they used to be best friends when growing up, but they drifted away eventually and never got back into contact until now.

I wanted to go with Danny, but I would have just sat there on my own, listening into their conversation about things I didn't know about. Then I'd be alone and Hazel would think I was odd.

I overheard a conversation last night in the dressing room, just after Rock Tonight's set. Oscar, the bassist was arguing, or had been arguing with Hazel about something. But from what I know, they are probably okay now.

10AM

(Hazel POV)

I slipped on my shoes and grabbed my pass that was for this new venue today.

I had woken up before everyone else, so I got ready and decided to head into the venue and chill with everyone else, that is if they're awake.

I had my hair in a twisted bun today, I was wearing a black corset top, black jacket, black skinny jeans and black vans. I had the make-up I was wearing yesterday on again today, as I couldn't be bothered to do anything different, but I added dark purple lipstick.

I then had a few rings and necklaces on too.

I grabbed as many cases of my drums as I could, then I started walking into the venue.

Just as I walked up to the stage door, it swung open, making me scream as it knocked me and my drums all to the floor.

"Oh my fucking god. I'm so sorry." I heard someone panic, I looked up, kind of smiling, it didn't hurt really.

It was Sam, our brown eyes met and we just kind of looked at eachother in a stare for a minute, then we snapped out of it, and I stood up, brushing myself off.

"Sorry Hazel." Sam said again. He was blushing which I found so cute.

I just chuckled. "It's okay. I didn't realise anyone was walking out of the door."

Sam smiled slightly at me, then he helped me pick the cases containing my drum kit in.

I opened the door and we both walked in, today the venue wasn't as big, but it was still nice, and I'm sure the atmosphere would be the same as it was yesterday. With fans, every show is great.

I climbed up the steps and onto the stage, greeting Chirs, Angelo and Ryan from Motionless In White.

They smiled at me and said hello back.

I placed my cases down and Sam stood there, I looked up at him as I started to set the kit up.

"Do you want some help?" He asked me.

I shrugged. "I don't mind. If you want to help, feel free."

He kneeled down next to me and started adding another drum onto the frame.

"So, you and Danny used to be best friends? That's cool." Sam said to me.

I looked at him and smiled. "Yeah, I can't believe I didn't recognise it was him straight away. I knew he looked familiar, but when I saw his sister I knew it was her straight away, still not realising Danny was her brother until he stood next to her."

I heard Sam smirk. I looked at him and smiled. "You know." He began. "I think you're pretty."

I felt myself blush and I smiled. "Thank-you Sam. I think you're quite adorable."

Sam chuckled. "Thanks. I guess."

"It's a compliment, I promise." I said, winking at him.

Then we continued working on setting the kit up, having small talk inbetween. I started to  get to know Sam well. He was lovely and shy, just like me at times, and it turns out, when he's off tour, he lives quite close to me in America, so if we became good friends. We could just see eachother nearly all of the time if we wanted to.

I loved meeting new people, when I was younger I was never any good at talking to people and making friends, as you already know. I only got to know Danny because his mum used to help my grandma out and go shopping with her sometimes.

Then one day, she brought Danny over to play with me as I didn't have many friends. We were six at the time, then as we grew up, we got closer, started getting into metal and loving music. But sadly, in the last year of secondary school. Danny started to talk to other people, he became popular, which meant getting drunk, smoking and doing drugs also.

He hadn't changed much if I'm being honest, but he didn't drink as much and he didn't do drugs anymore. Which is good to hear about.

An hour later.

(Oscar POV)

"Morning." Rachel said to me, as I joined her in the living room.

"Good morning." I replied, in a grumpy mood.

It was just us two on the bus again as Joey had went out earlier and Hazel was gone before anyone woke up. It was getting on my nerves now already.

"Did you manage to talk to her?" She asked me.

"I spoke to her, but I didn't tell her. It didn't feel right and I didn't have the guts to tell her." I said.

Rachel frowned. "Do you want me to just tell her for you?.."

I shook my head. "No thanks. I'll tell her eventually."

I hoped I'd be able to tell her soon, or I'd end up losing her, and that's something I wouldn't feel right about at all. It would kill me inside, knowing she was happy with someone else, someone much better than me.
