(Sam POV)

"Push! Come on, push Haze, push! You can fucking do it!" I yelled, holding Hazel's hand as she lay on the hospital bed squeezing our newborn out from her body.

It was amazing to witness, but at the same time, with all the pain and blood Hazel was going through, it was sad to watch.

However, in the end, everything would be okay, we'd all be fine, a little family. I couldn't believe it was happening, I was going to be a dad.

"One more push Hazel and then it's all done!" One of the nurses said to Hazel.

Then, within a few more seconds, Hazel started breathing loudly, with a sigh of relief coming from her lungs. That was is, it meant our child was now in one of the nurses hands, they were all smiling as the head nurse turned her head to me.

"Come and cut the cord then." She said.

I did just that. I snipped the cord, and stepped back, so they could make sure the baby was okay.

The nurse stood up, cradiling our baby. With a small tap on the back, the baby started screaming and crying, it was a good sign. There it was, our child.

"It's a baby girl! Congratulations!" The nurse said, wiping the blood from her delicate body.

I had the biggest grin appear on my face. It was a beautiful baby girl with huge brown eyes, like her mum had, the eyes which I had fallen in love with not so long ago.

The nurse held her out to me, now all clean and in a warm white blanket. I smiled, taking her in my arms and rocking her gentley, stopping her from crying. She was beautiful, I knew it would be a beautiful baby all along.

I sat next to Hazel she was smiling, but also falling asleep. I guess the loss of blood was making her sleepy. She stroked our daughters head, then stroked my hand. I smirked at her, then she fell asleep.

"Will she be okay? She's fallen asleep." I asked another nurse.

She nodded and smiled. "Yes, she's hooked up to a blood transfusion, just so she gets the blood which was lost back. Do you mind?" She said, now looking at the baby. "I need to check  her health, and you need to make the name."

I shook my head and gave her our daughter, now rubbing my hands together, feeling nervous about naming her, this is when I needed Hazel to be awake, although waking her right now wouldn't help. I was worried, just in case I named her totally wrong and Hazel hated her name. I'd need to wait for a while, or wake her up.

I carefully tapped Hazel's hand, just to make her listen to me, then possibly focus.

"Haze." I whispered. "We need to name her, I can't do this on my own."

Hazel moved her head, then slowly opened her eyes, her beautiful brown eyes. I couldn't help but feel weak at the knees when she looked at me so lovingly. She smiled.

"Of course you need me. If you had named her wrong, I'd kill you." Hazel joked.

I chuckled and nodded.

Hazel hadn't been herself in the last few months of the pregnancy, and this was the first sign of getting her back to her normal self. I understood that it was possibly the pregnancy which was upsetting her, making her quite depressed. But another part of me knew it was about "Rock Tonight."
