My Drunk Heichou

Chapter 4

When we got outside we were at the training grounds and I could see that it was getting late. The sun was setting and we had a perfect veiw. I looked at Levi and he was staring at the sunset in aw.

"Pretty" Levi said.

"It is" I said agreeing.

I walked to a tree and sat down under it looking at the sun. It truly was beautiful. The clouds were glowing in different colors and the sun was a beautiful orange.

While I was looking at the sun Levi came and sat down next to me.

"It should be peaceful like this more often" Levi said.

"Yeah, when the titans are gone from this world we will see things even more beautiful than this"

"Wooaah. . .I wonder if I'll get to see the things more beautiful than this" he said.

"Of coarse you are. Why wouldn't you?" I replied looking at Levi.

"I might die" he said as if it was no big deal. "If I die how can I see stuff like this? I probably won't see things more beautiful than this-"

"Don't talk like that." I said cutting him off. "You won't die and you will see the world and see things more beautiful than this. You'll live and see the ocean. I won't let you die." I said being extremely serious. (for once)

Levi didn't say anything after a while but a few minutes later I heard him say "ok" then felt a weight on my shoulders. I looked at Levi and he was resting his head on me looking at the sunset.

When the sun finally disappeared I looked at Levi and he was almost asleep.

"Tired?" I asked.

"Mhm" he replied. I got up and grabbed Levi's hands pulling him up with me. When he got up he lost his balance and he fell onto my chest and I caught him and held him up.

"You keep saving me" Levi said pouting.

"I can't let you just fall" I said smiling.

"Nope! Ern is too nice to let Levi fall!" he said.

"Yep! Let's get you to bed"

"Okay" he said and we started walking to his room. He held onto my arm because he kept stummbling and losing his balance but I didn't mind. Once we got to his room I brought him to his bed and he looked tired.

"I'll see you in the morning Heichou!" I said and turned around about to walk to the door but Levi grabbed my shirt.

"Don't go" he said. I looked back at Levi surprised.

"Eh? Why not? I have to sleep in the basement"

"Can't you stay here?" he said looking me in the eye. His eyes had a look in them I've never seen before.

"Uh. . . I guess I can stay" I said and then Levi tugged on my shirt pulling me onto his bed. He wrapped his arms around my arm closest to him and hugged it and used it as a pillow. He closed his eyes and started to fall asleep. I sat there surprised not knowing what to do. When I thought he fell asleep I wrapped my arms around Levi and hugged him. A minute later Levi wrapped his arms around me too. I was surprised at first and looked at Levi. He was snuggling against my chest and was sleeping. He looked really adorable. I snuggled into the hug and fell asleep next to Levi.
