(Bio) Ever since emerging from the shadows, she has been Gardenview's forgotten scientist and medical professional!
(Lore) Meant to be a backup for Sprout, Shelly and/or Vee
- Created to be an improved healer toon, had fatal flaws and got hidden away
- Was used as an experiment to see how much ichor, stress and other stuff a toon could take, obviously it left her with trauma and didn't work (basically testing the limits lol)
- Got bullied by the majority of toons because of getting scrapped, which made her hyper-focused on every mistake she made, slowly turning her insane and always secretly paranoid. She was willing to do absolutely anything to be perfect and to be deemed "useful" to everyone, no matter the price, even if it meant destroying herself or possibly others around her...
- Constantly got called a terrible doctor and/or scientist, so she set out to make a trinket to "fix" her ability
Bottom left corner: How Phan got her name and partial outfit explanations -
(Name) Phan got her name by accident, when the project was started, someone wrote "Phan 2" instead of "Plan 2" which they all decided to keep that way
(Outfit) She wears gloves and boots because of the ichor on her hands and feet from previous experiments (protecting others from herself, lowering her stealth and speed)
Bottom right corner: Trinket details! -
Life Support - Keeps you at a minimum of 2 hearts (can use a medkit and still be at 3 hearts) and regenerates any missing hearts until you are back at 2. Gives you a protection boost after each use, limit of 2 uses every other floor. (Great for mains and Phan, since she gets dropped down to 1 heart from her ability!!!)
Woah that's a lot of words.
Too bad that's not all the issues my silliest (phan)fan-creation gets! ;]
HERE'S SOME.......
Twisted details! ⇩
-When a machine she is possessing (stays at that machine until completed, then moves to an incomplete one) gets a failed skill check, she gives you exactly 1.5 seconds to get out of her sight range (very very big puddle of ichor around her) before taking 1 heart and giving you specifically Tired 1, while making anyone who comes into her sight range lose 1 heart if they don't get out in time. She simmers down after 15 seconds (+5 seconds longer after someone passes through her), and she stays at the same machine until it is finished.
-She can attack multiple people at the same time! :0
-Her idle expressions have her swaying slowly up and down with her eyes closed and her hands held together in front of her (opposite of T. Rodger). She still has her gloves on but her bottom half waist-down is absorbed by the ichor.
-Her active expressions have her eyes open (kind of a serious but empty feeling.) When taking a heart, her left arm moves up into a curved position, where she holds what appears to be a corrupted version of her trinket (little stabby stabby syringe) which she crushes as you lose a heart. (It has a shattering sound effect, similar to Glisten) She has around a 3-ish second wait time before she can attack you again before she goes back to her idle form and vanishes back into the machine.
-While extracting from her machine, her dialogue shows up on the screen like Glisten's dialogue. Her lines are "Don't make me do this", "This will hurt a bit if you fail", and " There must be no flaws". (These are a work in progress, I take recommendations!!! :D) After she takes a heart, her lines are "I tried to warn you" and "Hope that wasn't too painful". As she goes back to the machine, her only line is "That simple procedure should've done the trick."
-After all the machines are finished, she is completely gone from the floor and does not get triggered in Panic Mode.
-She gives everyone at the start of the floor Confused 2 and to know if she is in a machine is if the green light is on but it has no ichor in it, unlike them usually being red until they get fully filled up.

-Phan is pansexual! (attracted to all genders :3)
-Who says you can't be both? She is a scientist and (I guess you could say) a trained medical professional who does not use baking as her healing source! Her ability completely comes from herself, and it creates a 3-second bright aqua green cloud around the affected toons with a 10-second protection boost. Her ability sounds like a bandaid being used in-game. While using her ability, her animation is of her wincing and straightening her glasses!
-Her ability icon is similar to what her trinket looks like, a syringe filled with the same color liquid as the one that makes up her head, except its just an outline for her ability image.
-She glows in blackouts!!!! Isn't that just great? Yet another toon that glows in the dark!!!!
-This is a random idea but I was thinking that maybe the the reason she even got introduced to the public was that Gardenview was running low on visitors and needed a multi-purpose toon, hence Phan having multiple "jobs" to teach visiting children! Though she got pushed aside eventually...(';︵;')
