Chapter 2: The Future

"It was hard to tell Kelly. I really like her a lot. But if my dad found out I was dating someone, he would say I wasn't focusing on my job. The thing was, I didn't like my job. I just wanted to be normal. Sometimes I wish Super Sky didn't free me. I didn't want to hurt someone, I didn't want to hurt Kelly. It was tough." I said.

"Here is your 50 bucks." The man handed me the money like he promised. I then left and then I walked back home with my head down.

**Charlotte's pov**

"I really didn't like Super Sky to be honest. She just brought more danger than help. I mean nobody wanted to be stuck in a cell for the rest of there life but now, people can get hurt by real super villains. Nobody wants that. With every choice you make there come the Pros and the Cons. Super Sky didn't about that. Maybe having Captain Man around was better.  When there wasn't any supers around. I just wanted things back the way they were." I said. I was being interview for some reason but it weird. Like I didn't have a choice.

"Thank you Charlotte. You may now leave." This guy said.

"Give me the money you promised." I said.

"Fine!" Then he gave me $50 dollars. I left the interview.

"I AM NOT OKAY!"

"Piper what is it this time?" Mom asked.

"Well this girl named Savannah just liked my picture!" I yelled. It was a pretty big deal.

"Piper its not a big deal." Henry said with that dumb face of his.

"Yes it is Henry! Like you would know!"

"How is it a big deal?" Henry asked.

"Savannah is this very popular girl at my school." I said.

"So?" Henry asked.

"It because I don't like her. I am not okay!" I ran back up stairs.

As I walked to school I get a bunch of stares from people. Even Henry and Charlotte. Then there was Jasper kissing his bucket. I won't be surprised if he got married to one. I enter the school and just cold hard stares. I was starting to sweat. I did I do something wrong? Was it because I put gum in Charlotte's hair last year when she was asleep. It just fell out of my mouth because I was laughing at something Jasper said. Which was shocking.

"Kelly come to the principal office. Now!" I hear though the speakers. So as a made it to the principals office I just got even more stares. Something was off. All the teacher just looking at me like I did something wrong. I enter the office.

"Kelly, Kelly, Kelly..." I heard a familiar voice. The chair turned around. It was Chase with a cat like they had in the movie to make someone look more evil. Then next to him was a girl. A girl dressed in all black. She was giving me a bad sign.

"Chase?" I question. I didn't know what to say.

"Kelly..." He started off. "I am sorry." He pulled a lever and the floor under was gone. I fell screaming to my doom. How? Why? When? How did this happen? Why did he do that? Since when has he been planing this?

It all started to fade away. I was just falling forever. I woke up. It was the worst nightmare ever.

"It wasn't a dream. It the future." I looked to the side of my bed. It was Amy. I screamed.

"What is happening? Plusyou are very creepy." I said. Did Amy watch me in my sleep? I looked around it was still 2:00am. I was breathing very heavily.

"Your powers." Amy said. "There getting stronger. How long since you started having these vision?"

"A few day after I got my powers."

"This is bad." She started to walk around in circles.

"Why?" I asked.

"Your power shouldn't be growing at this rate. Your second power should start growing after your 16."

"Is this good or bad?" I asked but by the looks of things it doesn't look good.

She sighed. "Both. But things could get bad."

"Okay."

"Look little sis, you have to be careful. You could use your powers by accident. They are getting very powerful."

"I don't know what to say."

"I know. Your speechless. Thing are going to get better... I promise." Amy said and then left. I went back to sleep thinking is that my future?

Why would Chase do such a thing though. He loved me and I love him. He would do such a thing. Would he?
