Captivated

Chapter 5

I automatically  jumped and stepped back.  I faced a very excited, open eyed jenny, she looked as if she had just won a million dollars. 

" I am so sorry! oh my god, excuse my dumb self. I'll just come back later." Jenny said with a high pitched voice

"No worries, i was actually just leaving. ummm... i guess i'll see you later then lillith." with that harry hopped on his motorcycle and sped off. I'm not going to lie, i was disappointed. But, i mean i shouldn't. Harry is nothing to me. Me and him will never be anything. But i knew deep down, i wasn't so sure. Jenny came and grabbed me by the shoulders

"OH MY GOD! OH MY GOD! OH MY GOD! YOU & HARRY WERE ABOUT TO KISS!!" Jenny screamed with so much excitement. she was shaking me uncontrollably, i felt like she was going to break me at any moment. 

"No we weren't jenny. Can you please let go of me? you' re hurting me." i asked half annoyed. I didn't want to think about it anymore. How could i be so stupid? I cannot have feelings for harry. He is bad news. 

"Sureeee, like if I'm blind or something? You guys were like so close! what was he doing here anyways? he so clearly wanted to see you." Jenny nudged me on my side, while she had a smirk on her face. I didn't want to start lying to her, i mean it's not like we were best friends or anything but she was the only person in school that actually bothered to talk me. If what harry told me, wouldn't be so serious i definitely would've told her. But it was, and i didn't want her life to be in danger. So i chose to protect her. 

"I actually told him to come. I wanted to thank him, for last night. He saved us from those pigs. Look Jenny, i hope now you don't want to go into another bar or party for awhile. Count me out, after last night i don't think i'll be able to go out for a while." It was honestly the truth. If it wasn't for her crazy ideas, last night would've never happened... but to think about i also would've never found about Harry's secret. 

She saluted like the soldiers, " Your wish is my command." I couldn't help but laugh. We went inside and watched movies all night.
