Fast forward to 5 years:
It has been 5 years since their marriage. The couple now has 2 children. A 5 year old named Janna and a 3 year old named Mariah.

Maeve POV:
Today is Ayla's birthday, so I decided to wake up early and surprise her.

I head to my 2 daughter's room and I wake them up.

ML: Good morning bebes.
J: Daddy?
ML: Hello. Wake up na.
J: Why?
ML: It's mommy's birthday remember?
P: (cries)
ML: Why my princess?
P: I don't want.
ML: Po?
J: I don't think she wants to get up yet.
ML: How about this? You get cake for breakfast. You like?
P: (nods)
ML: Ok let's get up na.
P: Up. (Hands up)

I carry Mariah and hold Janna's hand. We first head to the kitchen and I grab the cake I got for Ayla.

Me and the girls head upstairs to me and Ayla's room to go surprise her.

Ayla POV:
I wake up and Maeve isn't next to me. I look around the room and it seems like he left. I lay back down and suddenly someone comes into the room.

ML, J + M: HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU! HAPPY BIRTHDAY HAPPY BIRTHDAY HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOMMY!
ML: Janna give mommy her cake.
J: Here go Mommy.
A: Aww thank you po.
M: Blow.
A: You want to blow?
M: Blow.
A: Come here. Blow with mommy.

Janna gets onto the bed and Maeve places Mariah on the bed. The three of us blow my candles.

ML: Babi. Give me the cake I will put it on the table muna.
A: Thank you Babi.

Maeve also gets onto the bed. I grab his face and I smother him with kisses.

J: Ewww. Dada, Mommy. Stop!
A: I want to kiss daddy though.
J: I only get to kiss you.
A: Ok hug mommy then.

Janna comes closer to me and sits on my lap. She gives me a very tight hug. I let go of her and she leans on my chest.

A: May ng manahan.
ML: Who?
A: You! Ang seloso mo Kaya.
ML: Noooo! You're more selosa.
A: (rolls eyes)
ML: I'm just kidding. I'm sorry. I love you. You're beautiful no matter what.

Maeve hugs me but Janna pushes him away.

A: Wait where's Mariah.
ML: Ah. Nahanap ko sya. (Points to Mariah)
A: Hoy!!! Why are you eating the cake na?

Mariah looks at us and just smiles.

A: Babi. Get her na.

Maeve walks over to Mariah. Mariah looks at me and she has a worried look on her face.

Maeve brings her to the washroom and washes her hands. They finish washing her hands and they get back on the bed.

M: Mama? Galit?
A: No. I'm not Galit.
M: (tears up)
A: Noooo Bebeeee. Mommy's not Galit at you.

Maeve looks at me and says.

ML: May nagmanahan. (Teasing)
A: Stop.
M: See Mama Galit.
A: Noooo. Come here nalang. Hug mama.

Mariah comes closer to me and hugs me and Janna.

M: I want hug mommy. No Ate.
J: No. Sakin lang Mommy. (Teasing)
A: Don't be like that to your sister. Say sorry.
J: Sorry Aiahkins.
A: AiAi, say "Ate can I hug Mama please?"
M: Ate can hug mama?
ML: AiAi say Please.
M: Pwease.
J: Ok. I hug Dada nalang.

Janna goes to Maeve and hugs him. Meanwhile Mariah is hugging me.
