"Hera come take this out of the freezer I can't seem to get it out" Evie says
"Your such a baby" I say, she gives a cry and a few customer turn towards her
"Shes not my best friend or cousin" I say
"I was her first kiss" she says, an old couple widen their eyes
I laugh, I walk towards the freezer and get it oout, we pull until it finally unstucks. Evie takes it to the back where we make most of the smoothie, ice cream, and breakfast food.
"So have you told your parents your going to Italy to have raw sex with that Duke womenizer?" Evie asks, I laugh
"No have you told your parents your going so you can have a one night stand with the Candy man guy Jason?"
"Are you kidding they'll freak" She says, I laugh
"Who drinks coffee at night?" I say
"Dude its winter" Evie says, I smirk "Who's closing?"
"Its my turn" I say, she nod
The customers begin to leave, Evie gets her stuff and heads home to her parents, she's my neighbor so I'll see her when I get home. I turn the open sign off, and lock the door. I start cleaning tables and sweeping the floor, I start to organize where the sweets and breakfsst sandwiches where when I hear a loud knock. I fall to the ground startled. I get up and look towards the door and see a guy with a black rain coat with his hood, I can't see his face. I'm not opening that door, he might be a serial killer.
"Can I come in?" He asks, I shake my head "please, I'm freezing here"
Ugh, I hate being nice to people. Before I open the door, I ask one qiestion.
"Are you a serial killer?"
"No"
"Check your pockets for any weapons or I swear I will call the cops"
He checks himself and his clean, I open the door and lock it again. I take him to the back since I don't want people saying oh ypu had one person here last time and you won't let me in. It gets annoying. I lead him to the staff room and he sits at a table.
"Want soemthing to drink? Eat?" I ask
"Both" he says
"Hot chocolate or coffee?" He thinks about it and looks at me and I can see his smile but not his eyes because he still had the hood on.
"Hot chocolate" He says
I nod, I walk to the front and put hot chocolate in a cup and put a sandwich in the oven. I grab them both and take them to the staff room, I set them at the table and he begins to eat.
"What's your name?" He asks
"Hera RoseBurn" I say "Your?"
"Duke Lyles" he says, my eyes widen, as in Duke Lyles the guy I wanna have raw sex with? Well shit, I guess wishes do come true but I know he wouldn't have sex with me.
"Good to know" I say
"What are you doing here alone pass 12"
"I work here, it's my turn to close the shop"
He nods, I take the plate once his done. I take it to the sink and wash a few plates, I can hear him taking off his coat. I dry them and put them in the cover, I look around and see everything was clean already. I put the towels in the basket and someone will have to wash them tomorrow. I take my apron off and put it on the rack, I walk to the staff room and see the coat thrown on the ground.
I feel him pick me up from behind, he turns me around and sets me on the table. His lips connect with mine and move in sync, his hands starts to pull my shirt and unbutton my pants, he them them down and sees my black undergarments.
