As I swim, the world around me fades away, leaving only the soothing embrace of the water and the steady beat of my heart. Each stroke feels like a meditation, drawing me deeper into tranquility. All of my worries dissolve, replaced by the simple joy of movement and the blissful solitude of the morning.

I lift my head above the surface, taking a deep breath as droplets glisten on my skin under the morning sun.
