Arthit and Kongpob sat in silence, staring from each baby to each other for a long while. They stayed that way until one of the baby girls whimpered, the one in the pink hat. Kongbob immediately picked her up and handed her to Arthit when he held out his arms.

"I don't.. what are we going to do? We didn't tell our parents about the 2nd baby and now we have 1 extra. Baby boy snuck in there and stayed hidden from us." Arthit asked, clearly worried again.

Kong smiled. "I have a feeling, they won't be upset at all. With the addition of baby boy, they each have a child to care for. More for them to do. They seem to be happy to have Fiat to care for, so it makes sense that these 3 will be just as welcomed. My worry is, how are we going to care for them all as two young people with 4 children under 2?"

Arthit took a deep breath. "I don't know. But I hope we can convince a few of our friends to help when they can."

"I have a feeling that we are going to be thankful for our friends for the next few years. And super tired all the time." Kongpob said, getting back up to pick up their crying baby boy.

"We need to settle on these little ones names now that they are here. Our parents are going to be here soon." Kongpob reminded Arthit, who sighed deeply. He reached over to ring the nurse bell. It only took 2 minutes for their nurse to show up asking what they needed.

"I think we need a few bottles for these two hungry ones. I have a feeling our other daughter will be hungry soon as well." Arthit said, bouncing the little girl in his arms who had not stopped crying yet.

The nurse nodded and left only to return 3 minutes later with 2 packages of premade formula bottles.

"There are 12 bottles here, so they should last you today and maybe tomorrow, but if you need more just let someone know."

The couple nodded as the woman put the bottles on the counter near the bed and left.

Kongpob opened the box and prepared a bottle, handing it to Arthit and then prepared another.

Moments later, both babies were contentedly eating.

The two parents talked again and finally settled on the babies names. And not a moment too soon.

An hour after all the babies were fed and back to sleep, they finally got their first visitors. The knock on the door was not a surprise, so Kongpob was already near it. Opening the door, he smiled at his mom and dad. Arthit's parents were right behind them.

"Hold on. Before you come in, I need to talk to you all." Stepping outside, he closed the door partially as all the parents looked on in slight confusion.

"What is going on? Is everything alright?" Arthit's Mom asked, becoming concerned.

"Everything is alright, no complication with the delivery, but we did have a little surprise. I just wanted to warn you about the fact that there is a big surprise when you go in. Brace yourselves and come on in." Kongpob said before turning back around to open the door again.

He entered the room and went to stand next to the three bassinets, which were stationed near Arthit's bed.

Kongpob's dad entered first, followed closely by his mom.

It took both of them a few seconds to realize what they were seeing. Kongpob's Mom's eyes widened when she spotted the 3 babies sleeping so soundly.

Arthit's parents entered the room silently, cautiously. They were startled by the burst of laughter from Kong's Mom.

"Three? What?H-h-ho...?" She didn't get the last word out as the others had also realized what they were seeing.

The room was filled with all 4 grandparents talking at once, but nothing was intelligible so the other two just waited for them to calm down, saying nothing.
