When he entered the house, he saw four people who seemed to be waiting for something. Two of them looked quite old, while the other two appeared to be younger than him.
The old woman among them turned her head, saw him, and ran to embrace him and said "i missed you so much my little baby." Nick looked chock and lost and glanced at the people standing in front of him. The younger girl understood the situation and said " she is your mother by the way"
When she finally let go and allowed him to breathe, they began introducing themselves one by one.
-young girls : "Hi my name is olivia and I am your step sister"
-young boy : " mine is william and I am your step bro"
-old woman : " i am your mom and i missed you soo much nicki"
-old man : " i am your step dad nice too meet you"
Only the guy who had accompanied me from the airport remained. He stayed silent and didn't say a word until his mother asked him to guide me to "our room."
He and I headed toward a room where there was a mattress on the floor and, right next to it, a bed. He set down my things and finally spoke to me:
"This is your room, which we will share until the former guest room, now yours, is ready."
He left the room, pointing out that the mattress on the floor was my bed, and that's where I lay down and fell asleep after this long journey full of emotions.
