Michi stood proudly, a regal presence befitting a queen, in front of the crowd of men before her.

They desired her as their wife, eager to replace her beloved Izuku.

It had been twenty long years since Izuku had vanished, yet Michi never lost hope that he would return to her.

The throne room was silent as all eyes turned to Michi, awaiting her decision.

A gentle breeze swept through, fluttering her elegant toga.

She raised Izuku's old bow high into the air.

"Whoever can string my husband's old bow. And shoot through twelve axes cleanly. Will be the new king, sit down at the throne. And rule with me as his queen!" she announced in a melodic voice.

Her eager suitors prepared to accept her challenge.

With cool confidence, Michi continued, "Let the arrow fly. Once you know that your aim is true. 'Cause I'd rather die. Then grow old without the best of you!"

Just then, she felt a gentle shake on her shoulder, and the enchanting music that had accompanied her vanished...

"Michi, hey, Michi!", Eijiro called, startling her awake.

Who? Where? What?

She blinked, taking in her surroundings.

Ah yes, she wasn't on Ithaka as Penelope; she was on a plane to I-Island with Eijiro and, unfortunately, Bakugo.

Having won the sports festival, she received three free tickets to the I-Expo on the floating island.

Ideally, she would have taken Izuku along with either Ochaco or Tenya, but Izuku had been invited as All Might's guest, Tenya had secured tickets through his hero family, and Ochaco had already made her plans.

Then came the final exams.

Michi had passed, but Eijiro hadn't.

Since they had been partners, she gave him her two tickets as a consolation prize, hoping he would take Denki with him.

Instead, he brought Bakugo along.

Great.

Anyway, Eijiro held her wireless earphones, from which the music of the Musical Epic still played.

"Sorry, Eijiro. I must have dozed off listening to music. What's up?"

"Our plane is about to land," he replied grinning, handing her back the earphones.

Oh!

She thanked him, turned off her smartphone, and stored the earphones in their case.

The salmon-haired girl marvelled at the unlikely calm between her and Bakugo.

It was surprising that they hadn't jumped at each other's throats yet.

Seemed like, Mr. Aggression Problem could occasionally hold himself together—what a miracle!

Starting a fight on an airplane would be downright foolish, anyway. Besides, there was a level of respect between them.

Sure, Michi would love to take down Bakugo for all the trouble he caused Izuku, but Izuku had asked her to keep the peace and at least be neutral towards his childhood friend and bully.

As she often did, Michi wondered if Izuku had a masochistic streak for continuing to defend Bakugo.

With a sigh, she turned her gaze to the small airplane window.
