I see you
Thats when I close my eyes
That's when my world is dark
Eerie and stark
When the stars are winking
Flirting with the moon
The latter blinking
Making them swoon
In my dreams
Things are wild
Things are crazy
Never too dull
Never too hasty
In my dreams
Logic dies
No sense at all
In my dreams
I hug you
I tell you what I feel
I'm able to touch you
Sorry I can't deal
The feeling's overwhelming
I almost shed a tear
My eyes are still closed
But a smile's drawn on my lips
I'm seeing your face
With a halo of colors around
With sound or no sound
I love what I see
My nerves hitch
My blood boils
My soul sings in a high pitch
It warms my cold heart
And my lonely lonely nights
In my dreams
I'm happy
Happier than in reality
I'm with the one I want
With the one my insides call
I'm afraid of waking up
And all fading away
Leaving me in an empty hall
With a soul going astray
I'll just turn off my alarm
Shut it up for long
Keep my world dark
Yet to think about it
It's more colorful than it ever was
Or even could be
