Hope’s POV
~Our heavy luggage piled in our trolley’s, Grace and I hoped to not be late for the train, that would be disastrous. We were running and tugging our trolley’s to the barrier, using our last ounce of energy to make it through. Unfortunately, the clumsy person I was, I ended up accidentally pushing Grace. But a boy caught her by the wrist.
“Whoa there, no need for tripping” A boy’s voice said, I looked up at the boy and a lump lodged into my throat.
His hair was a jet black, and he wore glasses. His forest green eyes sparkling, I immediately started to like him. Then I saw it, the scar. It was covered by his hair but I noticed it, I was standing in the very presence of the famous Harry Potter. I almost fainted but I stayed on my feet. His green eyes locking to my oceanic blue eyes his staring at mine as if they were mesmerizing.
He helped Grace up from her position and they stood facing each other, Grace looking deeply into Harry’s eyes as if they were a doorway to his mind. Then a thought clicked into my brain, but it was impossible so I just pushed it away. I made a very audible cough, Grace and Harry pulled apart. Grace blushing a crimson red, Harry awkwardly scratching the back of his neck.
“I never quite caught your names” Harry said.
“My name is Grace Robinson” Grace replied with a simple smile.
I could tell she likes him alot, but does she just want fame? Like she just met him, how could she have fallen for him that fast? Well I did do that.
“Hope, Hope Devine” I said in a barely audible whisper, I grabbed my trolley and started to push it away.
Away from where Harry and Grace were talking, Grace didn’t acknowledge that I was gone. But Harry knew, he constantly looked to where I was walking away. Tears started to stain the edges of my vision, making it blurry. I gave my luggage to a helpful adult and hopped into the train. Tears gone, I started to search for a car. While I sat down little did I know what was happening.
Harry’s POV
Hope Devine, Grace Robinson.
Those are the words that swarmed my mind while I talked to Grace, she was nice and cute. But for some reason, I was intrigued with the both of them, in my opinion. Grace seemed like the open one and Hope the shy one. Those eyes, they reminded me of someones but I didn’t know whose color eyes were like that. Grace took my hand and led me to the red and black Hogwarts Express. Her hand left a warm feeling in my hand, she gave her luggage to a man who put it into the train. Than she led me into the train, filled with wizards and witches. For some odd reason she knew where to go. She got to a car and opened the door, there sat Hope staring at the window in thought. Her eyes slightly puffy and red as if she was crying.
Grace sat down in the compartment with Hope, and patted a cushion telling me to sit down. I sat down beside her, and tried to talk to her, but I couldn’t. I never have brought up a conversation with a girl in my whole life, not counting Aunt Petunia, and I didn’t know where to start. A bunch of thoughts raced through my mind as I watched Grace.
“So... how are you?” I asked her, trying not to make everything odd. I saw Grace trying to talk to Hope, so I tapped on her shoulder, and she turned around.
“I asked you how are you?” I repeated.
“I’m doing fine... I guess..” she responded. The tone in her voice made me realize that something was bothering her.
“Anything wrong?” I said. She turned her gaze over to me. This time I could see her, well completely. I looked at her up and down. She had medium sized straight brown hair, and blue eyes as clear as the sky. Then, she turned her head away from me to Hope. Girls, I thought. I got up and sat on the other side of her.
