Sometime after Asami told them the plan for tomorrow, Ayame and Katsumi both went out onto the balcony. Ayame told Katsumi about her meeting with his mother, but she decided to leave out the details about someone wanting to kill him. He'd probably look at her as if he knew the information anyway.
He smiled, "So I guess mom likes you a lot then?" he asked with a slight chuckle.
Ayame grabbed his hand. "I'd like you to properly introduce me to her Katsumi. Also I'd love to get to know more about you as well. I can also tell you about myself too."
He gave her a nod, but Ayame could tell he was hesitant. "I will."
She rested her head on his shoulder, "Why won't those two just admit they like each other?" Mona asked.
Everyone was watching them from a distance like they were a movie, "Maybe things would be awkward if they did?" Asami replied.
Katsumi and Ayame just stood there knowing that they were all watching them, "Idiots," she mumbled. Then she took her head off Katsumi's shoulder, "Hey Katsu want to know something interesting?" she asked.
"Yeah what is it?"
"Did you know the closest galaxy next to us is called the Andromeda named after the most beautiful woman in Greek Mythology, but that angered the gods and she was chained up to a stone left prey to a monster Cetus."
"Oh I know this one, my mother told me about this one. She was rescued by Perseus who had used the head of some lady to turn the monster into stone."
Ayame stared at him with an astonished expression, "What is it?" he asked confused.
"Oh nothing," she replied, but actually she felt something in her chest. She smiled, "To continue on once Perseus rescued her from that fate, they were married sometime later. The reason why I brought them up was because he rescued her from a fate the gods dealt her. Katsumi, I was wondering would you be the Perseus in my story?"
Ayame's face was beet red, and then everything clicked in Katsumi's head. Katsumi nodded, but he was obviously flustered that Ayame had asked that.
Kikyo and Atsuko sighed, "Was that really her confession?" they both asked annoyed.
"That wasn't a confession!" she yelled at them.
Mona stared at Ayame and Katsumi, "He rescued her from her fate huh?" she mumbled.
"Even if it wasn't a confession, it was still pretty corny of you to bring up something from mythology. Then again it is you, so maybe this is the only way you can convey your feelings." Kikyo stated.
Ayame began to argue with both of them, and Arthur walked up to Katsumi, "I haven't lost yet fool," he said.
"Man, what the hell are you on about?"
"You'll see."
Natsume turned to Asami, "So we start at sunrise right?" she asked.
"Yes we do." Asami replied, she had a distant look in her eyes. It was almost as if she were thinking of something from her past.
"What's wrong?" Natsume asked.
"Nothing," she replied.
Ayame kept yelling at Atsuko and Kikyo, then Tenma remembered something about the story that Ayame and Katsumi were talking about, "Tenma thinks that those two could very well be this age's Perseus and Andromeda, metaphorically speaking of course."
Mona took in a deep breath. "I can't believe that tomorrow is the day everything is going to change. After years of suffering my people will be freed of that tyrant."
