Anthony POV

"...Blue Eyes." I finished.

"Cute! Blue Eyes and Pip." Ian said with a smile.

Blue Eyes ran out of her cage and playfully hit Pip's head. I could tell they were going to be great friends.

Everyone awwed and walked over to the new kitten to pet her.

Ian POV

Anthony smiled at the kitten. I'm so glad he liked her. Looks like Pip and Daisy do too. They're all cuddling on the couch together.

I looked at the clock. 11:45! Shit! We have to get up early tomorrow to get Anthony's stuff from Los Angeles!

"I hate to be a party pooper, but Anthony and I have to get some sleep for the long car ride tomorrow. It's almost midnight!"

"It's fine. I have to get home to help my wife take care of Tyler anyway." Lasercorn reassured me.

The rest of the group said their goodbyes and gave their condolences to Anthony. Then everyone left.

"I'm gonna go to bed Ian. I don't feel too good." Anthony told me with a weak smile.

"One too many juice boxes?" I joked.

Anthony rolled his eyes weakly and said,"Nah, I think it's the pain killers."

I nodded sympathetically.

"I'm gonna make sure the animals have food, then I'll join you."

"See you in a bit, babe." Anthony said as he trudged off to our room.

Even when he doesn't feel his best, he still finds a way to make my heart flutter.

I walk over to the animals' food bowls and poured food into each of them.

Pip and Daisy came running when they heard the sound of food. But where was Blue Eyes?

I shrugged it off and walked into my room, ready to sleep.

I sat on the bed that I shared with Anthony. I was about to lie down to him, when I heard a sound that sounded oddly like a meow. Blue Eyes!

I slowly moved the covers, being careful not to wake up Anthony, when I saw the shape of the kitten's body. Silly cat.

She looked up at me for a few seconds, then walked over to lay on Anthony's stomach.

Anthony smiled in his sleep. Too cute!

I took out my iPhone to take a picture, then put my phone on the nightstand next to the bed.

Time to go to bed, tomorrow's gonna be a busy day.
