Chapter - 21

Yoongi was furiously typing on his laptop. From the evening, when he captured the man's photo, his eyes were only on the laptop.

He was about to come back to Seoul but decided to stay a little bit and do some research.

There was another reason for his stay. Today Jimin texted him in the morning and he got to know that Jungkook was recognising the eyes but it was too difficult to recognise perfectly.

So, Yoongi stayed in Busan instead of going back. "Yoongi, honey, it's time for dinner." His halameoni called out for him making him sigh heavily.

It was the third time she was calling for him. He felt guilty for her. He rubbed his eyes slowly. They were in pain of course. He was on the laptop screen for a long time.

"I'm coming, halameoni. Tell the maids to serve." He said before closing his laptop. Keeping it aside on the table, Yoongi got up and went out of the room closing the door behind.

"What's for dinner?" He asked softly while stepping down the stairs. His halameoni, Min Yeji smiled softly looking at her grandson.

"Kimchi fried rice, fried up egg and garlic prawn as you wanted." Yoongi nodded as he settled down at the dining table. His halameoni sat in front of him and the maids started to serve them.

"Thank you." He mumbled to the maid softly who nodded and went to serve his halameoni.

"You got dark circles under your eyes in just two days." Yeji said while eating. She had noticed her grandson and she knew that he was working hard.

"You lied that you sleep every night." She added, disappointment was dripping from her voice. Yoongi bit his lips softly and mumbled a little sorry.

Yeji sighed. She knew him. He has been like this since his childhood. His personality was cold and rude but with her he always was a baby.

"Yoongi, you should take care of yourself too, honey." She smiled a little and earned a nod from the chief.

"I will. But right now I really want to find them cause if I delay they might harm you too." Yoongi made out a point while chewing on his rice.

Yeji nodded slowly. He was right. The things they did with Jungkook and Siena there was no way they won't come to harm them.

"I know you are my brave boy and you are gonna find them soon." She smiled softly and Yoongi briefly gave a nod.

He was eating but his mind was wandering somewhere else.

Yoongi was about to say something to his halameoni but a loud crash from upstairs caught his attention. It was like someone threw something on the wall.

"Someone's here." The chief got up from his seat immediately. Yeji was too stunned to speak as well.

As soon as the crash happened, the officers under Yoongi came inside the house with their gun. "Five here stay with halameoni and others come with me." He ordered and took an extra gun from the officer before he stepped on the stairs.

"Yoongi, be careful."

"Don't worry, halameoni." Keeping the hold on his gun tight, Yoongi stepped upstairs, his officers were just behind him, eyes sharp as they studied every corner.

Yoongi took slow steps towards his room. He was obvious that the sound came from his room. He signalled and two officers came beside him and the other two stayed behind him.

"Keep your eyes straight and if there is anybody just shook on their legs." The chief instructed, his voice low. The officers nodded and took their positions with their guns.
