~Spencer~

...It was so weird. I feel like it's been so long since Billy had ever been so mad, let alone at me.

I opened my eyes trying to wake myself up and get out of bed, but I didn't really have the energy for it. I feel kind of depressed from yesterday... Depression is known to also give the person a bad case of the "lazy's."

"Maybe I should just go back to sleep..." I closed my eyes, but nothing happened. I just couldn't sleep since my mind was endlessly stuck on a loop. I couldn't help but continue to think about how mad he was at me. Does he hate me now? I could just be over thinking it, but... Anything is possible.

-----

After another 20 minutes had passed, I still didn't want to get up, but...

"Wake up, Spenceroo!" Billy said as he rolled me off the bed, making me hit the ground.

"Ow! Whaaaaat?" I groaned in exhaustion and irritation.

"School starts in 30 minutes, and you haven't done anything to get ready. I could've just left you as you were, but I figured that you MIGHT care about your education. I COULD be wrong..." He said with a smirk.

I sprung up from bed. "30 minutes!?! Why didn't you say anything earlier!?" I ran for the closet.

"I have my own reasons, Spencer." He said, which made me think for a second, but I didn't have time for that.

I grabbed a random set of clothes, which ironically is the usual set I always wear. I went to the bathroom and took a quick shower of at least 5 minutes. I put everything on quickly and took the elevator down to the main floor. I ran into the kitchen and grabbed a banana and tried to head for the door, but then I got stopped by mom.

"Good morning sweetie! You're barely going to school?" She said a little surprised.

"Yeah, I kind of overslept, but I woke up a while ago. I can still make it, so there's nothing to worry about." I said smiling at her to reassure her that everything is alright.

"Alright, just promise me you won't get into any trouble. Not that I need to worry about you I suppose. You haven't been known to start any problems after all! Your father and I are so lucky to have you. And Jessica too." She said, waving me good bye.

"Thanks mom! See ya!" I said before running out the door. Billy floated down from my room and followed me.

-----

Upon reaching school, I saw my friends Rajeev and Shanilla. They are brother and sister. Rajeev may be a little goofy, but he's cool too. Shanilla is a little shy, but she's definitely smart and nice.

"Hey guys!" I said stopping in front of them. I was panting for breath, since I had a 10 minute run from my house to here. Walking is just a good 15 minutes, so it's not too bad of a difference.

"Hey dude! You came with just about 5 minutes left before the bell! What took you so long? You're usually the first one of us here." Rajeev questioned.

"I kind of overslept, but either way, SOMEONE didn't wake me up a little earlier..." I glared at Billy who calmly floated the whole way here.

The best thing about Rajeev and Shanilla is that they understand what I go through. They can see Billy too since I lent them a couple of his things. Rajeev has a belt, and Shanilla has a bracelet. We all enjoy hanging out together.

"It's not exactly my job to wake you up, but I guess I'll take the blame for this one." Billy said. I wonder what he means by that...

"Hey Spencer. Are you okay? That was kind of a long run, right?" Shanilla said, standing by my side. She was always this nice. She's usually around me whenever we're at school, so she's a great friend for me to depend on if I can't turn to someone else for help.
