~Spencer~
After last night's endeavors, we simply went to bed. Billy looked a lot happier than he had been before, which makes me glad that we finally patched things up.
That next morning, I woke up, hoping that the stuff from yesterday was not just a dream. Wishing that we were bro's again.
Thankfully, Billy was still there and sleeping next to me.
Gratefully, I hugged him.
He's so cold... but there's something about it that feels so nice.
I could feel his chest slowly rising and falling with every breath he took. The way he sleeps is genuinely cute.
I started to feel him moving a little, but something made me hold him tighter to just keep him like this for a little longer.
He wasn't awake yet... Good.
I rested my head against the back of his head, gaining more comfort with every action I did.
Suddenly, I realized something.
I have a girlfriend now.
Sighing, I unattached myself from the ghostly rock star boy and huddled into my side of the bed.
I closed my eyes, wanting to drift into sleep again.
...
'WAIT A MINUTE!' I thought to myself as I suddenly shot up from bed.
'Did I just... Was I... But...' At a loss of comprehension, I took a deep breath and calmed down to think carefully.
I have a girlfriend... This wasn't the shocking part I was getting at though.
It was the fact I had to REMIND myself that I had a girlfriend when I was getting all touchy feely with Billy!
This can't be right... I don't like Billy THAT way!
I- I shouldn't! If I did, he would think I was disgusting. He's gone out with so many girls that he must surely be as... Um... Something like an arrow, how did I forget the metaphor?
Either way, Billy and I as a thing? Never gonna happen...
I do like Shanilla, so there's no way I can like Billy that way, right?
I got out of bed to just get ready for another school day. If anyone could sort this out, it would be Shanilla. If I feel like I have butterflies in my stomach when I'm around her, then I'll know exactly how I feel. That should solve everything!
I heard rustling from the bed again and saw as the ghost boy started to sit up and stretch. He let out a yawn and looked over at me.
"G'morning Spence!" He said half-happily, half-tired.
"Morning Billy. Sleep well?" I asked.
"Yeah. Had a pretty good dream too." He floated over to me.
"Really? What was it about?" So I guess ghost's do have dreams...
"You, duh."
I was taken aback and stopped whatever I was doing. I could feel my face heat up and my heart starting to pound a little harder than usual.
"M- Me? Well, I guess it was the best dream you've ever had! Haha..." I laughed nervously.
"Ah, I was just messing with ya bropeep." He chuckled.
"O- Oh! Yeah! Ha..." Well that was a huge shutdown.
"Oh? You have school today?"
"Yeah, it's still just Thursday."
