AN: Sorry for the delay, life has been busy! I was blown away with everyone's responses to the last chapter so of course I had to make a part 2. There will even be a part 3... Stay Tuned :)

Thursday August 10th

Travis's POV:

"We are preparing for landing, is there anything else you need?" The flight attendant, Sophia, asks me interrupting the film I am watching for our preseason game on Sunday.

"No thank you." I respond and close my iPad slipping it into my backpack looking at the window of the small private jet I had chartered for this trip. The iconic skyline comes into view and I take a deep breath calming myself regarding my plans for the next two days.

Tonight in just a few hours I will be getting dinner with Taylor, and this time, alone. Since we parted ways in LA a little over a week ago, we have stayed in touch texting between my practices and her shows, even sneaking in a few FaceTimes. I still feel like I need to pinch myself most days when I wake up seeing a text from her on my phone letting me know she made it home from her shows or when she answers a FaceTime wearing a casual t-shirt and hair up in a bun and very little makeup.

As I climb down the stairs off of the jet I see the black car service I had hired waiting to take me to my hotel.

"Mr. Kelce, I hope you had a nice flight." The driver, Adam, says as I duck into the back seat of the Mercedes.

As we weave through New York traffic I pull out my phone and see a missed text from Patrick and another from Taylor flashing at me on my home screen.

Patrick:Wanna come over and watch the game tonight?

Travis: I would if I was in town. In NYC for the weekend. I'll be back on Saturday.

I opened up Taylor's text and a smile graces my face.

Taylor: Hope you had a nice flight to New York!

Travis: Thank you! I am going to ask the driver blast Welcome to New York on a loop on the way to the hotel.

Taylor: LOL please don't do that to the poor driver.

Travis: I'm looking forward to seeing you tonight. Does 8:00pm still work for you?

Taylor: It does and I am excited to see you too. I booked out a room at Zero Bond I have already added your name to the list so you shouldn't have any issues.

Travis: Sounds good. See you soon beautiful.

I smirk as I slide my phone into my pocket as the car comes to a slow stop in front of the 4 Seasons.

"Thanks Adam. I have reservations tonight at 8:00pm at Zero Bond and I do not want to be late, can you be here around 7:15?" I ask as I step out and Adam hauls my duffle bag from the trunk.

"Yes sir. I'll text you when I am out front. See you in a little while Mr. Kelce." He says sliding back into the car as I turn to the entrance and climb the few stairs to where the doorman holds it open for me.

When I return from a long run around Central Park I see I missed a call from Jason. Crap, it's Thursday which means it was Wyatt's first day of gymnastics. After a quick shower I sit down on my bed and hit FaceTime on Jason's name as I run a towel over my head.

"Hey there little bro." Jason answers with a wide grin. It looks like he is going on a walk around his neighborhood, wearing an Eagles practice T-shirt and a New Heights hat.

"Sorry I missed your call, I was on a run." I explain and toss the towel on the floor.

"All good. Wyatt just wanted to tell you about her gymnastics class, she threw a tantrum when you didn't answer but Mom answered so she's happy again." He says rolling his eyes. I chuckle at my oldest nieces antics.
