Chapter six
Sitting in my third class of the day I have a flashback to about two years ago. I was thirteen talking to dawn slightly flipping out because I thought that I would never have a boyfriend that wasn't a nerd of an ass. When I told her this she kind of laughed. We had been sitting in my room, talking about her and Winston. She needed her Bestfreind and though i was a year and a half younger than her, I was hellbent on cheering her up. Knowing that this conversation could be a way for me to vent and make her laugh, I said "what if I end up a fifty year old lady who's never even been kissed by a guy. Like a lady who has a ton of cats and focuses strictly on her job.." she laughed. Knowing I was getting somewhere with it I said "no, seriously, you'll get married and have kids and be busy and I'll be all alone." I made a sad face and fought the urge to start laughing. She laughed "if that happens to you then I'll just ditch my husband and let you and all the cats move in and when my kids move out we can have fun by going to the store and playing on the electrical cars"
I laughed out loud and then relized I was in third period English. Mrs. Opel asked "Fang? Something you wana share with the class?" I felt my face turn red and shuddered out "n... No. Sorry mrs. Opel" everyone stared at me and I silently ordered the bell signaling for me to go to lunch to ring.
About seven minutes later the bell rang and I walked out of the room, face stil red.
