NEUTRAL

I see you smiling in ecstasy,

I always wonder if it is for me.

But I guess I shouldn't assume,

Because that path just leads to doom.

I have felt pain and joy for over eternity,

Yet I can't picture the perfect me eternally.

Were my efforts still not enough,

Just to make you even laugh?

You used to say "to the infinite years",

But all I felt were just mere tears and fears.

You were my family altogether,

But to you, you don't even bother.

Words aren't enough to describe,

The feelings I've kept inside.

I guess it was just a fallacy,

To think that you'd be with me.

And now I am turning helplessly numb,

Even turning to a worthless bum.

Just like a little plastic doll,

My face is just neutral.

I know, I know, it's a bit short and corny for the first poem but my best friend said that there was an impact when she read it. She said it was full of emotion. So I thought to publish this first. Anyway, so much for my ranting, I'll let you go.
