New Step toward future..

Continuing from the previous part :-

With the new morning start a new journey, new struggle and a new hope entered in  Ragini's  life .

She gets up at 6 o clock gets bath and got ready in new clothes of pair which is brought by her mother-in-law(Meena)  she looked herself in mirror admiring this new dress on herself , she never told her parents but she loves to wear new clothes, getting  new accessories for herself like she missed being a normal girl every now and then , but back in village people used to bad mouth her for just simply getting dressed 😞 cause for them whatever happened in past with her is solely because of her good looks ., so she feared to get judged by others hence she quit getting dressed as she pleased  another reason is that many times her parents couldn't able to earn enough to get proper food so she mostly refrain herself to tell them about the things she desires .

The fabric felt so soft on her skin as if she is wrapped in cloud feeling the ease she stepped out of bathroom and started with chores which she usually do in her house too back in village but the difference here is that village chores where more physically demanding compared to here like this house has little to no work and now she wandering how she pass her time !

Around 7 Meena too woke up and tried to help Ragini in house work but she politely refused and continued with her work.

Soon Sanskar got ready and came out of the room in a hurry to go to the office, but seeing him like this Ragini is very amazed like he is looking like a school going kid who is in so much of a hurry to be in school so that his teacher won't shout at him .

Sanskar busy on phone getting his office bag ready and in a quick move took a peice of bread toast from dinning table munching on it while talking over phone , he rushed towards the main door to leave and Ragini kept trying to call him for breakfast but he just left .

Meena shook her head and said to Ragini  "beta he is like this only one day he'll be in so much hurry that he forgot to eat his breakfast and on other time he is so relaxed that he spend lot of time in home ., you don't take stress about him and have your breakfast after that we both go to market for some groceries shopping by that you'll be familiar from streets and other spots of city okay" .

Ragini nods in excitement and finishes her food thinking about going out .  ....

At office:-

Sanskar was working on his project when one of his colleague  came into his cabin with some files and asked him  "so how much work is left ?"

"Just some minor details and it'll be ready for presentation. What are those for ?"  Sanskar questioned pointing at the files in his hand .

His colleague replied  "oh it's some major information for this branch I have to provide it to board as soon there will be someone new joining the board" .

"Really! Who it could be 🤔 I just hope it's not that good for nothing son of boss, that guy is an pain in a$$"  Sanskar said and his colleague laughed on his statement.

Later:-

Sanskar goes towards the cafeteria to get some lunch when he spots Siya entering there too .,  not wanting to bother her he tried to walk away without her noticing  but she calls him and he stops in his tracks.

"Hey sanskar where are you going aren't you join us for lunch?"  Siya casually asked .

Sanskar passed an awkward smile and decided to join them for lunch it's not like she is all alone with him there are other colleagues with them too so hopefully that would be less awkward for both of them .

Lunch is going fine when at one point one of the colleague asked Sanskar  "so sanky when will you treat us with your and siya's wedding news huh ?"

This caught both Sanskar and Siya off gaurd cause now situation is totally changed and they both are now separated.

Sanskar's eyes fell on Siya who looks equally awkward about this question so he decided to break the news himself

"Umm actually guys we both are---"   Sanskar started but he got cut-off by Siya who said

"We are now not together"  she said boldly.

Leaving the table silent .

But soon another colleague of theirs asked  "that's really shocking guys what happened you both were seems to be inseparable then how come you are not together anymore!"

Sanskar felt the pressure to tell the real reason behind their break-up but again Siya comes up with the lie  "actually our parents didn't agreed on our relationship and we both give it a thought that maybe we are not meant to be together so that's why" .

Her this lie made Sanskar more confused like why she lying when it's him who is the reason behind their break-up but he couldn't get a chance to question her cause all of their friends are around so he thought to ask her about it later..

Back in Sanskar's house:-

Ragini is currently putting groceries on their respective place when Meena came to her and inform her  "umm Ragini beta Sanskar called and said that the teacher he arranged for you is coming home in 5 minutes so you bring your books and take seat in hall" .

On the mention of teacher Ragini start feeling anxiety cause she left studies long back after that horrific incident cause villagers(mostly kids) used to shame her and now she didn't remember much about reading and writing will that teacher is going to judge her !

She gulped in nervousness still with the motivation of Meena she take her books and sat in hall to meet her teacher .

After 5 minutes teacher came and Ragini felt little bit of ease seeing an lady in her forties with a kind face , she didn't seems scary to her so Ragini is looking forward to learn from her .

Teacher introduce herself to Meena and Ragini and Meena go towards kitchen to bring glass of water for teacher,  that's when  Kajal(teacher)  asked Ragini

"So are you the maid of this house?"

It's a simple question but all the courage Ragini build up in herself kind of dried up as it's feels like a remake on how much unfit she is for this new life 😔

Also I'm not trying to insult teachers in any way but let's face it many of us at one point of time came across someone (mostly teacher) whose tone is kind of judgmental or plain rude for no reason at all 😣 at least i myself came across many of some teachers but that doesn't mean that every teacher is bad . No some teachers are like real gaurdian angels 😇 who helped us more than we could ever imagine 😊

So my point is that don't take it in bad way that I'm insulting teachers or something and enjoy the story 🫰💖
