Zombie was a low-card superstar, so when he won the 2010 10-Man-Battle as its inargual winner, he was elated. He challenged The Joker for the TRW Championship as his reward per 10-Man-Battle stipulation. They fought in a falls count anywhere bout in the main event of the inargual WillPower January 1st, 2011. Zombie held his own as they battled backstage. They slammed each other's heads into a brick chimney, then threw each other doen a flight of stairs. The match would finally end with Joker hitting his at-the-time finisher, the Jokes On You DDT through a coffee table in the downstairs dinning room to get the win and retain his title.
TRRW would then create a second brand, RECW. Zombie was drafted to that brand, and faced Justin Feburary 1st for the inargual RECW Championship. He won the match, only to tap out to Justin's Rear Naked Choke the next month to lose it. He won it back in April, and went on to hold it a record 15 months, beating the likes of Goldburg, Hunter, Nicky Veil, Justin, among others to become the longest reigning champion of any title in TRW. He would become cocky, braging that his title reign was even longer than another major star in a top promotion. After he lost it in 2013, he would never win heavyweight gold again, though he continued to face the best stars in TRW.
Around the time Zombie was fighting Justin, The Tricksters were three triplets, who used magic to wreck havoc on TRW. Unfortunately, the general manager would put the three of them in a triple threat to determine who would go on to earn a title shot after they harassed her for an opportunity. The three would start off reluctant, then get agressive as they all fought for their dreams to come true. Trickster 1 eventually won the bout. The other two were upset but supportive, though Trickster 1 often rubbed it in their faces subliminally. After becoming sick and tired of it, the two stood up for themselves, thus arguing insued, and Trickster 1 left his brothers and became known as Nightfall.
Goldburg was a mid-card star, who once faced Robert Steel for the TRW Championship. Although he won the Universal Championship, he was never able to break through until this time period in 2012 where many top stars where hurt out of action, and he was finally able to force his way to the top. Mike Lickster followed him there, and Goldburg, Lickster, and Nightfall would feud over the company's top prize, the TRW Championship.
The current champion, the Joker, was soon put out of action with a broken nose thanks to the big Deante, who was known for hurting people. Mike Lickster would capitalize, winning the TRRW Championship after Joker vacated it. Former #1 Contender Freddie Goldburg would challenge the champion, beating him to claim the gold. He lost it when Lickster cashed in his rematch clause. New contender Nightfall, who had broken away from his triplet brothers, claimed the gold from Lickster, and even won a rematch clause on April 1st at TRW WarZone, an iPPV at the time, before losing it to his rival Lickster in a two out of three falls match at May 2012's Pain event. At June's Mixed Martial Mayhem all MMA fight event, Lickster lost the belt again to Goldburg.
The three had traded the championship between one another awhile now, with Lickster winning it 3 times, Goldburg 2 times, and Nightfall once by July 2012. They began to know each other, to the point where they kicked out of up to three finishing moves each month and the fights were long, tiring, and full of counters and reversals. Mid-July, Goldburg's head was repeadly bashed against the turnbuckle, causing a concussion. He was forced to vacate the TRW Championship, and Mike Lickster fought Nightfall for the title. Even after Nightfall hit his finishing move, the swinging neckbreaker, off the top rope to the outside of the ring, Lickster still beat him to be crowned the TRW Champion at TRRW Switch on August 1st.
Goldburg then returned and cashed in his rightful title match in an episode of TRW, and beat Lickster to reclaim his gold. At Fright Night October 1st, Hunter would return and challenge Goldburg and Lickster, who was cashing in his rematch clause, to a steel cage match so Goldburg could not cheat to retain. A fourth, unknown opponent was added and was revealed to be a returning Robert Steel, who climbed the cage and won the championship.
The Joker returned to action, and to prepare himself for his WillPower 2 match against Hunter and Steel, he challenged Nightfall to a match at November 1st's Destruction event, which he came out victorious.
Now 3 time heavyweight champion Steel faced former champion Goldburg in Goldburg's rematch clause, where the two went to war. In an effort to prove himself as more than just a replacement to the top stars, he hit two fisherman's suplexes and a Five Gold Stars, all of which Steel kicked out of. Steel returned the favor, hitting two Steel Fists and a jumping revesre STO, to which Goldburg also kicked out of. After one last Five Gold Stars Clothesline, Steel wae down for the three count, and Goldburg won the TRW Championship for the fourth time.
After retaining against Steel's tag team parner Hunter at December's 10-Man-Battle, Goldburg beat the 10-Man-Battle winner Austin at WillPower 3 and Aftershock, and held the TRRW Championship a record 9 months. He did anything he could to keep his championship. A debuting group, the New Generation, a group of rejected TRRW stars who fought for who they saw as being the 'new generation', helped Goldburg retain several times by DQ. Goldburg finally lost to Hunter September 1st, 2013 at TRRW Legends. Hunter and Steel had pretended to argue and feud with Hunter attacking Steel and the two have a number one contendership match the mknth before at TRRW Switch, thus making Goldburg believe Hunter wasn't focused. Steel came out during the championship match and destracted Hunter, to which Goldburg tried rolling him up. Hunter, in reality, expected this, and kicked out before immediately hitting a suprise Hunter's Gun to beat the champ and win his first TRRW Championship. The crowd was beyond angry when Steel came in and hugged Hunter, and the two revealed their plan to the world.
Mike Lickster and Nightfall fell down to mid-card status, and soon became a tag team and won tag team gold, all in an attempt to prove to the world that they were not replasements or B+ players in TRRW.
