Chapter 2

After dropping Mason to his house, I didn't really feel like going home, I just didn't want to deal with them right now. I called my mom and told her I was gonna sleep over in one of my friend's house, as if I had friends, Mason's my only friend but my parents think I got a bunch. My mom isn't really that tight and so is my dad, so ofcourse I get away with lying. I saw this abandoned building and immediately I knew it was the right place for me to stay in for the night. I parked my car in the drug store near it and walked over to the bulding. It looked pretty spooky but I wasn't really the kind of person to be scared so I just continued exploring it. In one specific spot though, the highest floor, I heard people laughing and someone begging for help. I didn't really had time to think, I just knew I had to help that person who was shouting for help. I ran to the highest floor and saw 3 guys. One guy, I could barely see his face because it was covered with blood caught my attention, he must've been the one calling for help. He saw me, i think he was trying to tell me that it was dangerous but I barely heard him. The other guy, who I assumed was the "mastermind" of whatever was happening tried to grab me. He had brown hair, blue eyes and a pretty good jaw line, if other girls saw him, they might consider him attractive but I wasn't like those girls. As he tried to get a hold of me, I immediately noticed that he was basically an amateur, he didn't know how to postiion his hands correctly and displayed poor posture "How stupid" I thought to myself. Even if he had more and bigger muscles than me, I knew that being an "amateur" would be a disadvatage to him, so I stood firm and let out a punch, his blood quickly marked my hands but I didnt bother to care, I pushed him to the walls and kicked him. Then the third guy who was shorter than the guy I just punched came in and tried to grab me. Both of them were stupid, do they even have brain in their heads? everyone knows that with that kind of tactic, I'd be able to beat them up in no time. And that's what I did, I used the skills I learned from boxing and karate to beat them up. And they ended up running away like wounded dogs "how pathetic, those guys are idiots" I thought to myself. I saw the guy that was crying for help knocked out in the corner of the room, I grabbed him and put him in a more comfortable spot and let him lay down there. He was still breathing so I'm pretty sure he's still alive, I didn't really wanna leave him alone so I decided to wait there until he woke up. I read this book while waiting for him and then I heard him moan.

Liam's P.O.V.

 I used all my strength but it was no use, I tried to escape but I just couldn't make it. I looked at the door... that's when I saw her, she came in, I tried to warn her, maybe tell her it was dangerous but it was too late, they already saw her... She stood firm, as if she wasn't a bit scared. I could tell from her eyes, she didn't feel fear. When Jake tried to grab her, she quickly threw a punch and Jake's blood quickly marked her hands. She looked at me and I merely saw a smirk, then I blocked out. When I woke up, my whole body was sore, I barely opened my eyes and my head was still full of blood. I saw her sitting beside me... I caught myself staring at her while she was reading a book. I must've moaned in the pain I was feeling because I saw her look back at me, woah, she had perfect blue eyes, pink lips, rosy chicks, I like how her hair complemented her face, she's pretty. I heard her giggle.." I don't know what's worse, getting beaten up by a girl or being saved by a girl?" "Hi, i'm Alex" she said smiling ...

 Alex's P.O.V.

 I introduced myself to this stranger, I just felt the need to. There was something about him that I couldn't resist, I never felt this before, but I knew he was different. "Nice to meet you Alex, my name's Liam. Thanks for saving me" he said and added an angelic smile after it. "What did he just do?" i thought to myself, there was something about that smile, it wasn't normal.
