Liam and I stayed in the abandoned building for the night. I couldn't really sleep so I just stared at him, wondering what is it he has in me. I carefully studied his face. He has newly buzzed haircut, hazel eyes, his lips are perfect and so is his nose, broad shoulders, and he's taller than me I guess.   But I couldn't stand seeing his bruises, every time I stare at them, an urge of pain builds inside of me, as if I was the one hurt, as if we only had one body, it felt like we were somehow connected. "Please, come back" I heard him say in his sleepy voice. He must have been having a nightmare because he's kind of sweating. I leaned towards him to wake him up but the moment I got close, he's eyes suddenly opened. "Come back!" he beggingly shouted. He breathed heavily three times and looked at me. Our eyes suddenly connected and it felt as if we were the only one in the world. "A-alex" he said to me then he bursted in tears. "Wooow, a guy crying in front me, this kid's a little girl" I thought to myself but I sat down next to him. He grabbed one of my hand and carefully placed it in his cheeks, "C-can you please stay right here, next to me, don't leave please" he said to me, like a little boy asking his mum to stay with him for the night. No words came out of my mouth but I nodded. He fixed his body so that his head rested on my lap. "What I baby" i murmured.

He was sleeping while I carefully stroked my hand onto his head. Not long, the sun finally came up. I removed Liam's head on my lap and looked out the broken window. "Wow, the sun is so magical" I thought to myself.  I sat at the end of the window and just looked at the sun for a while and closed my eyes for about 30 mins. trying to get a nap. When I opened my eyes, Liam was gone. I looked at the floor just to find his hoodie, I grabbed it and ran to the exit of the building. "Where could he be?" I thought to myself. I searched for him for a while thinking he woulnt have gone that far but after searching for an hour, I finally gave up. With his hoondie in my hands, I went to my car, fastened my seatbelt and drove home thinking, I'll never see him again.

When I reached my house, I tossed his hoodie to the back seat of my car, knowing I can't bring it inside my house with me. I saw my mom cooking breakfast and I quickly gave her a kiss and a smile then went up to my room. I took a quick shower and got on some sweatpants and a tshirt. I went to my computer and started to listening to music. After a while, I heard Mason talking to my mom, then his footstep signaled me that he was about to go to my room. I stopped the music and just stood behind the door knowing he woud open it any second now. When he finally did, I grabbed his head and put him on a headlock. "You should have known better, idiot" I said giggling at him. "Okay, let go! let go!" he beggingly said to me. I let him go and he teasingly pushed me to the side "I guess I deserved that" I said walking towards him. "What brings you here Mason?" I asked.
