The Sorting Hat

I don't have loads of inspiration at the moment but I still have another chapter to publish so that is for next week :-)

They arrived at Hogwarts. It was a cloudy weather. Jamie walked towards Lynn.
"Hey it's tradition that the first years go to Hogwarts with a boat. Be happy that it isn't raining." Jamie said. "I see you at the feast."
"Bye." Lynn said. "Is Hagrid still the one who leads first years to Hogwarts?"
"Yes he is." Apparently Hagrid was standing behind Lynn. Rubeus Hagrid is the key keeper of Hogwarts.
"Hey Hagrid." Lynn said.
"Hey Lynn. Long time since I saw you." Hagrid said.
"Yes obviously everyone saw me once at Hogwarts since the day I was born."
"Yes so eight years and you have now eight friends behind you. I'll settle a boat for all of you." Hagrid said.
"Thank you Hagrid. Have you met my pets?" Lynn asked.
"No but Dumbledore said something like that you have two pets. Its a present of Dougie right?" Hagrid asked.
"Yes, a Snowy Owl and a little kitten. British Shorthair." Lynn said.
"Aw adorable. And you are gonna take both of them in your room?"
"I hope it can."
" 'Course it can. Now we have to go. Before it starts rainin'."
They walked to the river and went to Hogwarts.
"First years follow professor McGonagall." Hagrid said.
We all followed her to the great hall.
"If I call you're name. Come to this seat, you'll be sorted in a House by the Sorting Hat. When you're sorted in you can take a seat with you're House." Professor McGonagall said.
This was the most nerve-wracking moment of Lynn's life. Professor McGonagall called the first students.
"Almon, Jessica." was the first. To Hufflepuff.
"Clifford Michael." was after 3 other students.
"That's me." Michael smirked and walked to the Sorting Hat.
"Aha a Clifford, mother in Ravenclaw father in Hufflepuff. You're nothing like them, GRYFFINDOR." The Sorting Hat said.
Lynn was happy for him. Michael told he didn't want the same as his parents and no Slytherin.
"Davis, Harvey." was after Michael. He got into Slytherin. The names came by fast and soon they were at E.
"Evian, Mikhaèla."
"Evian, you are a hard one. I see you're a stubborn child. I have great expectations. GRYFFINDOR."
She took a seat at the Gryffindor table.
"Evian Nicole."
"Another Evian, twins. Not identical though. Still the same House as your sister. GRYFFINDOR."
They went all names off and got by the H.
"Hemmings, Luke."
Lynn saw some hesitation.
"It's okay Luke." Lynn said and smiled to him. He smiled back and went to the Sorting Hat.
"Hemmings halfblood, mother witch, father muggle. Brothers are also at Hogwarts. Jack in Gryffindor and Ben in Slytherin. You can sit down with brother Jack GRYFFINDOR."
"Horan, Niall."
Niall just sat for a few seconds with the hat and the Sorting Hat decided to place him in Gryffindor. Niall smirked.
Lynn had the P so it took some time until they got there.
"Poynter, Lynn."
Lynn looked over to Jamie and Dana. They smiled to her as in I'm proud at you.
"Mother in Ravenclaw and father in Gryffindor. Both sisters in Slytherin. I remember how I hesitated with you're mom. You look much more like your father, But a lot more at your uncle Dougie Poynter. Also in Gryffindor. Without a doubt. GRYFFINDOR. You're gonna be a great witch maybe just as great as your father."
Lynn sat down next to Michael.
After everyone was sorted in a House the big dinner began.
"Lynn congratulations with Gryffindor." Harry said. Who was also placed in Gryffindor with Louis.
"You too Haz." Lynn said.
"Thank you." Harry said and smiled.
After the feast all students went to their dormitories.
"Girls are on the right, boy on the left." A prefect said. "Your trunk and everything is already in the room. Also your pets."
Lynn, Mikhaèla and Nicole said goodnight to Harry, Louis, Luke, Michael and Niall.
The following morning they began with school. They had Brewing Potions first. With Slytherin. It's almost everytime that Gryffindor has potions with Slytherin.
"So introducing, I'm Professor Snape. I want your full attention at anytime until the lesson is over. Not paying attention your house gets less points or detention. Talking is not tolerated when I'm talking. I want you to take notes. At the end of the lesson you need to give it to me. Than I can see if you did payed any attention." Snape said. Snape let us read about most used potions. Everytime someone said something without his permission he gave detention or min Housepoints. He could be very unreasonable but he's funny and not mean at all.
"Everyone I want in 2 days a full report of the most used potions. If I think it's all wrong, like everything in the report is wrong, I'm gonna take 20 points off and another report. Is this clear?" Snape asked.
"As crystal." Lynn muttered.
"Class dismissed." Snape said
Lynn and the other first year Gryffindors walked to the next classes.
The other classes were a bit more relaxed that Snape's class. We got mostly small homework stuff that could be done in 5 minutes.
"Okay a first years student can not fly on a broomstick, maybe you can but it's not allowed at Hogwarts without any permission." Madam Hooch said. "Okay we begin simple: make your broomstick come up. You just say up."
Everyone tried it but only three had it with one try: Louis, Lynn and Michael.
"Good job.Tomlinson, Poynter and Clifford. 15 points for Gryffindor." Madam Hooch said. Louis, Lynn and Michael high fived each other.
"S when can we fly?" Michael asked.
"We'll hang in the sky for a few seconds and than we land."
Michael looked disappointed.
"Just push yourself into the sky."
Everyone did it. Louis was the first who was in the air. Than Michael and after lots of try's Lynn.
"So broomstick learning. They are seriously teaching us how to sit on a broomstick. I mean when I was younger my dad teached me how to fly." Michael said.
"Yes I know right. My dad and I once rode a Hippogrief." Lynn said.
"That's so cool. Wow, on a Hippogrief." A familiar voice said. Harvey Davis's most annoying ignorant friend Donny of course.
"Go away jerk." Nicole said.
"Shut you're mouth slut." Donny said.
"Oh no you did not just called mah homie a slut?" Lynn said.
"Oh I'm sorry did I hurt your slutty feelings?"
One thing lead to another and the next thing we know Donny lay on the ground because an eleven year old girl hit him.
"Ah I'm sorry did I hurt your röv face." Lynn said smirking.
"Bitch." Donny muttered. "Professor! Lynn hit my face and I think she broke my nose."
"We'll go to Madam Pomfrey. Nobody is allowed to fly or anything. 5 points off for Gryffindor." Madam Hooch said.
"So, I'm gonna ride a broomstick." Harvey said.
"Dude you heard the woman, nobody is allowed-" Jacob Twang said. Another Slytherin. He wasn't that stupid.
"I heard her." Harvey interrupted him. "Just shut up. So Lynn, challenge me."
"Why would I?" Lynn asked.
"Because why the hell not. Maybe I will steal your friends necklace. Or maybe yours."
"Maybe I would kick you off your jävla broomstick." Lynn shot. Harvey walked to Nicole.
"Oh yeah sounds great." With that he stole Nicole's necklaces.
"How much does that necklace mean to you?" Lynn asked.
"I'm sorry but like a lot." Nicole said. Already regretting it by knowing what could happen.
"Sorry for asking but you two are the best of this class please help." Lynn asked Louis and Michael.
"Sure love." Louis and Michael said.
They got on a broom and flew to Harvey.
"Harvey give the damn necklace." Lynn said.
"No. You can get both in broken." Harvey said and threw them in the air.
"Rövhål." Lynn said. Louis, Michael and Lynn flew to the necklaces. Louis got one and Michael got a little diamond heart that flew of the necklace. "Where is the other one?"
"Here." Michael said. He had the other just on time.
"Lynn! Watch out!" Mikhaèla yelled. She saw a ball, just a regular ball, coming right at her. She hit the ball away.
Professor Snape saw everything and got down.
"Davis! You are a disgrace for Slytherin. I hate to do this but 30 points of Slytherin. And detention." Snape said. No-one ever knew that this could happen. "Clifford, Poynter and Tomlinson you three get a chance to be in the quidditch team, great job at the broom."
"Thank you sir." Lynn said.
"No problem I'm gonna go to McGonagall to ask which places are free." with that he walked away.
Lynn, Louis and Michael high fived each other.
"Omg Lynn, that is amazing!" Mikhaèla said.
"Omg Lynn, that is amazing." Harvey mimicked Mikhaèla.
"Shut up din jävla idiot." Lynn said.
"Stop swearing in foreign language it's annoying." Harvey said.
"Mission accomplished." Lynn smiled.
"Fuck you." Harvey muttered.
"Rather not." Lynn said.
"Shut up." Harvey said.
"Again rather not." Lynn smirked.
With that they all just walked away like a boss.
"So what's for dinner?" Niall asked.
"I hope pizza. Yes Pizza i love pizza." Mikhaèla said.
"Me too!" Michael, Niall and Lynn said in unison.
"What?" Michael, Niall and Lynn said again in unison.
"That's creepy!" Those three said again in unison.
"Citron." Lynn said. "Lol you two can't talk until someone say your full name."
"God Lynn that's childish but so funny." Nicole said.
"I know." Lynn said proudly. Michael and Niall glared at Lynn. Lynn let her fall at the ground.
"Lynn what the hell are you doing?" Mikhaèla chuckled.
"That glare almost killed. Y'know if glates could kill, I would be dead." Lynn said.
"Weirdo." Nicole said.
"Shut up."
