I awoke in a comfy bed, i stretched my muscles and yawned. I havent slept that good in a while. My head hurt slightly but all the other muscles in my body felt relaxed and renewed. I threw the silky covers off of me and stood up off of the bed. Coughs came from out of the room, i tiptoed out the bedroom and walked past my sleeping wolf boss on the couch. His arms and legs barely even fit the small piece of furniture. His shirt was up slightly showing his tight 6 pack and his bronze skin.

I turned my head away, and stepped out of his room. I cant belive i slept so good and in a stangers bed. My heart felt empty as soon as i left his presence but i just shrugged it off. I pulled my phone out of my jacket pocket and saw the time. It is 7:30, i have to be at work in 30 minuets. I growled and stomped to the elevator, luckily though my room was only four floors down and the elevator was empty.

I ran my fingers through my hair and tried to finger through the tangles as much as i could. I rubbed the crust out of my eyes, and wiped the trail of drool on my face with my forearm. The elevator door opened and i ran to my room, pulling the key out of my jacket and quickly slamming open the door. I need to get a shower fast. I stripped while running through the living room, and was nude by the time i got to the bathroom. I turned the shower nob and waited for the water to turn warm. This small apartment was perfect for me, it wasnt to fancy and i loved that about it. It was just cozy.

The shampoo that came with the shower didnt smell to heavenly though. It was like a cheap bar of soap that the homless shelter used to use. It did get me clean though and that i was thankful for. I turned the shower back off and wrapped myself in the fluffy white towel. Now i can brush my hair to get it straight.

With the towel still tight around my bodice i ran into my room and rummaged throught the boxes to find something that was suitable. I settled on my handmade suite, just a crisp black with a purple star on the pocket, and a black skirt to match. I had honed in my sewing capibility and thanks to that i was able to find this amazing job. Life really was looking up for once.

I checked the time again, 7:54. I have three minutes before i need to leave. My stomach growled and i patted it to stop. I dont have any food yet, it will have suffer until my first pay check. I grabbed my room key, and phone, then threw on my heels and jacket. I smiled at the empty room and shut the door. My back hit into a body and i turned around ready to apologize.

He looked very attractive, sinfully delicious. I stared at the stranger and his nicely shaped body. He has dark brown hair, lightly tanned skin, a strong jaw bone, dark blue eyes and a light amount of freckles on the bridge of his nose. I realized we were staring at each other and i blushed lighty.

"Sorry im in a hurry i wasnt looking behind me." i bowed my head lightly and walked away from him.

"Its okay, hopefully ill see you around." He waved me off as i ran to the elevator. I have no time to stare at people. I just got this job and i realy dont want to loose it.

I greeted Alex briefly and ran into the cold outside. I turned curbs and slipped on iced puddles but it only took me 20 minuets to run to the building. I guess because i am a wolf my speed increases.

~After work

I sighed another day full of essays and taking phone calls. Outside was just as cold as ever. I walked back to the Waltons and said my usual hey to Alex. Good thing i didnt see my boss all day, it wouldve been difficult to explain my panic attack, if he knew that i knew he was a wolf it might have been easier.

My warm apartment greeted me and i collapsed on the small couch. Im so hungry, my stomach growled screaming at me to find some substance of food. I walked over to my unpacked clothes and started to pack them into the draws and hang the clothes in the closet. I wiped my forehead and sat down on the bed. Repeatitive knocks sounded, and i angrily got up from the bed and opened it.

"Welcome home." I was greeted by the man i bumped into that morning. A dimple showed on his right cheek as he smiled at me.

"Thanks, what are you doing here?" He held up his hands full of drinks and food. My stomach growled at the sight.

"House warming party, your my new neighbor." He smiled and walked to the kitchen placing the delicious materials on the island.

"You have no idea how happy i am right now." I had to old myself back from ripping into the box of pizza and devouring it like the starving child i am. I eyed the box waiting for him to open it. He laughed and put his hand on it.

"Do you solemnly swear to save me a peice." He held his hands over the pizza.

"I do not swear anything." I smiled and he laughed.

"Okay then ill just let you enjoy." He moved his hands and opened the box, my hands reached out and grabbed a peice of the cheesy goodness.

"Thank you so much." I took a bite of the pizza and soon went through half of the box.

"Dang you can eat girl, i havent even had a chance to get a peice of it." I took another bite of the pizza and placed the crust back in the box. I was so full, i havent eatin like this since i was a little kid. He finaly grabbed a peice and ate it, then we both walked into the living room and sat down on the couch.

"That was so good, thank you." I petted my full belly.

"No problem may i have your name?" He looked over to me.

"Isis Knight, and yours?"

"Colten Thorn."

We shared our names and talked for hours on, until we both decided that we should head to bed.

Saying our goodbyes, we parted ways and i went to my bed. It was a fun day today. I smiled to myself, i like him, i like colten. He was the first boy that was nice to me, besides James and Joe. I closed my eyes and went to sleep.

Well this chapter is a slow one, but it should get more exciting now that weve met colten. I will upload every day so dont forget to vote and comment. OH Colten is sexy huh ;) wait till i tell you what her boss looks like mmmm
